Klaus watched as Elijah, hours after their usual spat opened the door to let their guests for the evening inside, he was more focused on the pretty brunette waitress beside him as she looked eerily similar to a Petrova doppelganger.

Elijah invited the Salvatore brothers to dinner under the pretense of making a deal for his last coffin, but Klaus had no intention of making any deals since Damon went back on the whole 'no strings attached' and now they were here to make a deal – he couldn't wait to torture the location of the locked coffin from Stefan.

"Niklaus," Elijah called, gaining Klaus's attention. "Our guests have arrived."

Stefan was the first to walk inside closely followed by Damon, they had a small stare down with Klaus, who scoffed at their pathetic attempt to scare him into submission, he was the Hybrid! He feared and bowed to no one!

"Damon, Stefan. Elijah tells me that you're here to seek an audience, very bold." Klaus replied, sending the compelled waitress back to her position before showing the Salvatores to their assigned seats. "Come, let's discuss the terms of our agreement like civilized gentlemen, shall we?"

They glanced towards Elijah, who stepped forwards and fixed his suit. "It's better to indulge." He quips, walking to his assigned seat. "Better for your sake."

Stefan stepped forwards either out of boldness or stupidity, Klaus wasn't sure yet. "I didn't come here to eat, Klaus. In fact, I didn't want to come at all," He glanced at Damon, who responded with a strained smile – it seemed the older Salvatore brother was withholding himself to snap Stefan's neck. "But I was told I had to cause you would hear us out."

Klaus gave a soft chuckle. "Well, we can seat and eat," A blonde waitress stepped forwards to pull out Klaus's chair, as if he were a King. "Or I can reach down your throats and pull out your insides. The choice is yours."

Elijah said nothing, he took his seat beside Klaus and smiled at the waitress that handed him a glass of his favourite vintage red wine.

To say the dinner between both set of brothers was awkward would've been an understatement, Klaus kept glancing between Damon and Stefan as the younger of the two seemed to be death staring the plate and refusing to eat.

Maybe the pumping blood of the human waitresses were too overpowering.

"Lost your appetite?" Klaus arched an eyebrow towards Stefan, it was a challenge. "Eat."

"I thought we agreed to keep 'grumpy' Stefan at home,"

Stefan scoffed, picking up his fork and slowly began to eat. "That's the spirit!" Klaus chuckles, placing his own fork in his mouth and smirked towards the younger vampire. "This is nice, the four of us sitting here, it's a treat. Is that what you had in mind when you pulled the dagger out of my brother?"

The atmosphere slightly shifted as Damon gave Klaus a small but cocky grin. "Well, I know how I felt about you, so I figured the more the merrier."

"Well Elijah and I had our fair share of quarrels over the centuries, but we always make it through."

"Kind of like you and Rebekah?" Stefan asked, getting a small glare from Klaus. "Where is she by the way? Cause last time I checked; she was still daggered because you were afraid to face her."

"If you are referring to the fact that Rebekah knows that I killed our mother, I've already come clean to Elijah."

"Stef, remember when you killed dad?" Damon spoke, sending a small glare towards Stefan. "Might want to dial down the judgement until desert."
