Three years! Three years, four months and two days have passed since the tragedy in Rishikesh. The Dhanrajgirs had moved on from it slowly as per the rule of life, yet the pain of losing the loved ones still lingered in Shangri-La.

Shubman and Nainika had moved to Singapore, along with Shubranshu, and hadn't return yet as they felt a hollow in the house.

Noor was in Germany, with Reyansh, who had gone there to pursue medicals, while Rishabh stayed back with Rayirth.

Once again, the duty of the entire house had come upon Shrutika. Though Meher was a great helping hand in that matter, but she had her own career, her own restaurant to look after, and her own events to handle. Along with that, her child needed her attention too.

Nidaya on the other hand had been given total rest, due to her previous two miscarriages. Hence, she was more cautious this time, to avoid any complications.

Pritiksha has grown up and was everyone's beloved. It was because of her that Prithvi returned home on time, everyday. It was because of her that he smiled.

Shrutika was well aware of the void inside him, and wished to do something about it soon, as he was getting distanced from everything slowly, except his work and Pritiksha. He has turned quiet and serious, the playful attitude of his had vanished completely.

Her heart ached for Hriday, who wasn't even found, and got lost forever. While Preetika and Hardik were just in their memories now.

It was an usual day in Shangri-La and Shrutika was sitting at the sitting area, upstairs, staring at the huge laminated picture of Hardik and Preetika. Another picture beside it had Hriday standing between them, embracing their shoulders. The other was a laminated picture of the entire family, together. It was the picture taken in Rishikesh.

Another had the siblings, with Hriday and Prithvi smiling heartily, sitting stylishly at the middle,on the ground, near Agastya and Satvik's leg.

"Mariam! Niti! Kaha ho sab?"Meher called the maids while walking through the corridors.

"Kya huya Meher?"Shrutika asked, turning her head.

"Badi Mom, Ash nahi mil raha hain. I had kept him in the game room, but jab gayi, jaakar dekha ki nahi hain voh waha pe,"Meher said in a worried tone.

"Yahi kahi hoga, beta. Chal dekhte hain,"Shrutika said while standing up and they searched around for the baby before they found him with Nidaya.

"Tu le aayi isey beta?"Shrutika asked her and she said,"nahi Mom. He walked into my room on his own,"she then looked at Meher and said,"kamaal hain na Meher? Apne life mein itni busy hogayi ho ki khudka beta bhi samhaala nahi jaa raha hain tumsey. He has learnt walking. You should be careful with him."
