"Pooja karliya Diwali ka?"Rohini asked over the phone and Reeva replied,"jee Beeji. Jheel toh dopahar mein hi laut aayi. Phir ghar ko sajaya humlogon ne milkey aur pooja khatam kiya abhi abhi."
"Chalo accha hain. Abb sab milkey ghumo phiro,"Rohini said.
"Jee Beeji."
"Zara Jheel ko phone dena."
"Jee,"Reeva said and went up to Jheelam who was sitting and putting earthen lamps around the balcony.
"Beeji,"Reeva said while holding the phone near her ear.
"Haan Beeji."
"Traditional peheni hain na?"
Jheelam huffed and said,"haan ji!"
"Good girl,"Rohini said with a chuckle and she continued her work while Reeva continued talking over the phone.
Jheelam's phone rang suddenly and she received the call, saying,"atrangi wakt pe call karta hain tu, Shaurie."
"Where the hell have you been haan? No texts! No call! You just vanished for two days!"Shaurya almost yelled from the other side.
"Calm down angry man! I was on a professional trip to Nilgiris. Waha hum jiss area mein theh na waha baarish ki wajah se network problem chal rahi thi."
"Don't give me those excuses. You forgot me after going to Mumbai and after joining the Dhanrajgirs company."
"Shaurya! What's wrong with you? Why the hell will I forget you? You're my best friend. Shut up! Alright?"
"Why will I? Sach karwa hi hota hain. Anyways, abb kaha ho?"
"Penthouse pe."
"Good. Wahi rehena. Sabke saath Diwali manao."
"Offh ho Shaurya. Don't be a dictator now. By the way, Happy Diwali."
"Badi jaldi wish kiya!"he said and then chuckled before adding,"Happy Diwali. Chalo abb jaldi se apna Diwali look ka pic bhejo."
"Aur tum kya karoge uss pic ka?"Jheelam asked while Sejal came and showed her the pic she had taken while Jheelam was playing with the sparkler sticks.
"Dekhunga ki tum ethnic mein kaisi lagti ho,"he replied and then asked,"waisey...kya pehena hain tumney?"
"Red ethnic anarkali outfit. Ajeeb lag rahi hoon,"Jheelam replied while asking Sejal to forward the picture to Shaurya and she did it immediately.
"Seju has sent the pic. Check karke batao,"Jheelam said while putting the remaining earthen lamps in their respective places, while he checked the picture immediately.
