The next morning, Chloe went to pick up Addison. She saw her daughter fast asleep next to Ella. Brooke smiled. "Mum has gone out. But she left the girls here with me. How was your night out?" She asked.

Chloe nodded. "It was good. I think it was well needed if I'm being honest. I love Addison. Don't get me wrong. But sometimes it's just so hard. Yeah, Nick is great. He's really there for us both. But I often feel like he's not going to be interested in raising another man's baby," she told her.

Brooke rolled her eyes. She looked to her and smiled. "You don't hear the way Nick talks about you when he comes to pick up Ella. He idolises you. I think he's in love with you. And he wants to be there for you and for Addison. I don't think he minds that you have a baby with Aidan. It's all gonna be okay. I promise you," she said.

Chloe smiled as Ella woke up. "You no take mine baby!" Ella said as she climbed off the sofa and stood by the bassinet.

Chloe smiled. "She's got to come home with me."

"No. She stay me! I mummy!"

Brooke nodded and smiled. She looked to her. "she's been playing mummy all night. Told me that she needed to wake up in the night to feed her," she told her.

Chloe picked up the toddler and smiled. She held her close. "I'll tell you what. Why don't I get daddy to come over tonight and pick you up. If that's okay with mummy?"

Brooke smiled. "Sure."

Chloe was walking back to the flat. She frowned as she saw a guy walking over to her. "Chloe Barlow?"

Chloe frowned as she took the letter and opened it. She glanced over it and felt sick. Johnny was suing her for custody of Addison.
