IM BACK RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
------------------
It was difficult to believe it had been 5 years since I met the friends that were the closest to me. Like a surreal dream. Not only that, I met someone who could care for me like no one else. A person I could lean on, vice-versa.
It felt like an imagination, something that I never wanted to fade. 5 years since I met them, 4 years since I saw them.
It's weird how time flies by so quickly. All the happy moments were still cherished in my heart.
Real friends, and a lover.
Suddenly, my life wasn't as lonely as it used to be.
Things have changed, and I mean a LOT. Chan and I have been talking since we met for the first time and a few months later he asked me out. We went on multiple dates but my favorite was when he invited me to his concert. But I wouldn't say it was a date considering all of the group chat was invited.
My life changed significantly after that concert. I still remember that day as clear as the sky. . . .

4 years ago. . .
I can't believe Chan invited us to his concert. I got the message from him while I was at work. I couldn't squeal or scream since it was August and Schools had started. As a teacher, I have to maintain my strict demeanor, though I was failing terribly considering how the 10-year-olds loved me.
Sometimes, I'd have older students come by to visit and say hi. Being a teacher wasn't as bad as people made it sound, I enjoyed my time with kids, their cute faces, and creative mindsets. Being an elementary school teacher let me hold on to the childhood I missed.
The bells rang at 4:00PM, an hour before work ended. I was drained but thankfully today was a Friday and I made it through the week. The only thing keeping me going now was to go home and sleep.
Wait.
Scratch that, go home, and get ready for a concert. Yeahhhhh, that sounds more right. I was excited, I giggled to myself lightly.
"MR.LEE," Jae screamed. "HELP, I'M GONNA DIE." I looked up to Jae running around the classroom, using his little legs to run to me. Jae was smaller than the other kids making him quite hard to fit in. But nonetheless, he had a great amount of friends throughout the school.
"You really should consider turning your voice down a notch," I said looking at the kid making his way to my desk.
"But you don't listen to me when I do," He pouted. His lips sticking out and his cute bowl cut was messy. Aish– kids.
"That's because I'm busy teaching, and you're supposed to be listening. Not screaming for your life when you fall off your chair." I chuckled ruffling his hair.
"But—"
"No but's," I said pointing to his desk. He stared at me before bursting into laughter.
"Haha, you said butt!" He laughed out loud making the rest of the class erupt into laughter. The sound of joy bouncing off the walls.
"Very funny, now sit your butt down before I make u face the corner of shame." I raised my brow while crossing my arms together against my chest.
"No!" He yelped before scrambling back to his desk. I laughed at his silly behavior and continued on with the class with a smile on my face.

I was back at my apartment, the bed cushions softening my sitting. It was greatly relaxing but I knew I had to go take a shower before the concert. Part of me was excited, but the other part, it was terrified.
