THE TALE OF THE STRONGEST OR MAYBE

STARGIRL (CHAPTER 9)

Ayushi wakes up the next day. She noticed she can't move her legs after waking up,she tried to get up but felt a gruesome stomachache, she screamed in pain and was heard by her mother who was nearby cleaning the room next to her room. She came rushing towards the screams and saw ayushi crying holding her stomach. She held ayushi in place and then her father also enters the room hearing all the commotion. He asks what happened and ayushi told that she can't move her legs and her stomach's hurting. All this was happening because of the blows she endured to her midsection and forced her legs to keep standing even after being out of stamina, her mother checks on her and finds multiple swellings on her hands and legs the face was also swelled where there were bruises. Ayushi said she can't attend school today she can go with all these bruises but this stomachache is forcing her to lay down. Her parents agreed as it's not possible because she fought yesterday. Ayushi went to sleep again and then again wakes up. This time the stomachache was gone and her legs were working she noticed it was time for lunch. She showered and had lunch. After sometime her coach called to ask how she was,she also called when she was sleeping and her mother told everything that happened. Her coach told that she should take rest and atleast workout for 20mins a day to maintain her pace. She also told that the finals are just after 4 days so she should recover within 3 days.She agreed and went to rest again. She woke up in the evening and went straight to exercise. This time her training consisted of pushups squats and some shadowboxing. Ayushi didn't went to school for 4 days and just followed her usual workout routine to prepare for the tournament

At the finals

Ayushi was nervous about the finals. Her coach held from both of her shoulders and assured her that whatever happens do you best iam always with you. Ayushi got the confidence and noded. Some staff member knocked her door and told that her fight will be in 5mins so she should March to the cage entry gate with her team soon. Ayushi and her team approached the cage and the officials checked for protective guards of both fighters and let them enter the cage. Her opponent this time was same as her age and height and weight. It was a fair fight this time so she wasn't scared now. Her coach explained that she needs to minimize the risks and start slowly and save stamina to survive 5 rounds and do what they practiced. Ayushi noded again and her coach put in her mouth guard. The first round started and they both exchanged blows but non of them connected they both blocked every punch they threw. This time ayushi was playing with all the 8 limbs as her style not only punching but using kicks in between too low kicking her opponent in the shin and some thigh kicks followed by some jabs cross. Her opponent on the other hand was still sticking to only jab stricking. With this the 1st round ended and both fighters went unfazed to their corner. Ayushi's coach told her she did good now she needs to outperform her opponent in order to gain points but save her stamina too. Ayushi noded as she was gargling. With this the bell rang and round 2 started. Both fighters faced each other in the centre of the cage and the fight begins. Both were again throwing jabs but ayushi closed in the distance to hit her body and she was successful she hit her opponent in the stomach and she fell back in pain. She was enraged with the pain and started to get agressive ayushi quickly dodged her attacks and delivered another kick to the liver. Her opponent was strong and didn't quit the match after the kick and continued ayushi and her coach both noticed it and thought this match is gonna be long. With this the 2nd round ended and both fighters went to their corners. Ayushi saw her other side and saw her opponent trying to hide her pain from her attacks and was super enraged. She had that mission to kill her and her coach was also explaining things to her. Ayushi also listened to her coach's advice. Her coach advised that she should be more explosive now rather than being defencive now. Ayushi noded and the 3rd round started. Both fighters started throwing blows at each other but ayushi was quick to avoid all that and hit her opponent in the face this time her opponent was filled with rage and she endured the pain and threw a heavy blow to ayushi's stomach and then a kick to the unstable leg of her. Ayushi falls down in pain and remembered her previous opponent did the same and then sat on her chest to pound her fists on her face. Ayushi quickly rolled back but as soon as she was getting ready to stand up, her opponent kicked her head. The kick made ayushi's head spin but she quickly fell back to recover. Now she was also filled with rage,she somehow recovered and started to go more explosive she quickly threw a 2 jabs which connected her opponent and then again a kick to get sides where she previously hit. Her opponent clinched her and pushed her to the cage and trapped ayushi. Ayushi thought that she might be tired after the kick that's why she clinched and pushed her back to recover some breath but she was wrong. Her opponent did something unimaginable. Her opponent held ayushi from the shoulders and knees her in the groin. The audience was shocked to see this as it was a rare moment in women's fighting to deliberately hit fighters below the belt that too in such a small age group. Ayushi quickly fell on her knees holding her privates in pain and eyes filled with tears, she couldn't process what happened as it was her first time experiencing this type of pain. The referee called for an timeout and gave a warning to ayushi's opponent. Her coach quickly entered the cage with other medics to treat ayushi. She was layed down and the medica folded her legs to ease her pain then she stayed layed down for a bit. Her coach was in disbelief that this could even happen in a tournament of kids. Ayushi didn't recover fully but was determined to win and thought if she didn't got up now she would loose. As soon as she got up the round ended. Her coach helped her to return to her corner and sat down again. Her coach first hugged her wiping her tears and asked how she was felling. She told that the pain won't go away her stomach is starting to hurt too. Her coach doubted for a min and then asked if she wanted to forfeit the tournament. Ayushi strongly disagreed and told she would fight in this pain. Her coach held her again and told her she would go straight to the doctor for the treatment until then try to gain points don't go for knockout or submission. Ayushi didn't even noded this time the pain was so excruciating that her senses were disabled for sometime. 4th round starts and ayushi looks like she's in agony because of the illegal knee, her opponent quickly took advantage of Ayushi's injury and started throwing punches ayushi was still determined to win and fought back. Although she couldn't block every punch now but most of the punches she blocked and returned some too. Her opponent realised that ayushi had slowed down because of the kick to her privates so she again plans on pulling something illegal. She maintains her distance from ayushi and throws some jabs as bait ayushi who was already in pain falls for the bait and closes in and again this time her opponent kicks her in the groin this kick was gruesome it might have damaged some nerves of ayushi. Ayushi screamed and falls to the ground again. The referee quickly calls for an timeout and says if one more low blow happens then she will be disqualified to ayushi's opponent. Her opponent returns to her corner with a wicked smile. Ayushi on the other hand was grasping for air and her eyes were filled with tears, she was crying like crazy because the pain was too much for her to bear. Red stains began to appear on her shorts she was bleeding. She closed her legs to hide it from the officials because of the officials notice the blood they would stop the fight. She secretly told her coach about this and her coach seeing her determination agreed. During the timeout the round ended. It was a strategy of her opponent to hit Ayushi below the belt just before the round ends so she can rest during the timeout and even after sometime after the round ends. Ayushi and her coach both figured out the trick. Her coach with her sneaky tricks with some ice and a very long handkerchief slid in her hands in ayushi's shorts to clean off the blood and quickly threw the cloth in the spit bucket so anyone couldn't notice. Ayushi calmed down tho her pain was never gone she got up for the next round. She was still bleeding a little but ignored it. Now she used everything she had punches kicks elbows everything. Her opponent hit her in the stomach but ayushi ate the pain and delivered a liver blow which knocked out the wind of her opponent followed by a kick to the unstable leg. Tho her opponent didn't fall from the kick she punched her face and almost broke her nose then again a gut punch. Her opponent followed by some kicks to the thigh to obviously trigger the pain of the low blows but failed as ayushi knew this would happen and fell back everytime. As the round was soon to end her opponent decided to again hit Ayushi down there she totally forgot if she does it she would be disqualified but didn't care she wanted to hurt ayushi in the most painful way possible. This time also she decided to close in the distance and knee her again as knee would Target the genitals more precisely and would hurt a lot she clinched her again but didn't push so that ayushi won't figure out that she's going to hit her again in the groin. This time ayushi was ready with her final weapon. But surprisingly she decided to let her opponent hit her groin and that's what happened this time the knee was double painful than the previous one ayushi's brain tingled and the pain was just excruciating but she ate the low blow and as soon as her opponent thought she was going down again ayushi suddenly hit her chin with the elbow. Hitting the chin basically makes your brain jiggle like jelly making you temporarily paralyzed. Her opponent fell to the down due to the headache ayushi gave to her and ayushi kept standin up with the support of the cage holding her privates as she was in pain. The referee didn't noticed the third low blow and thought ayushi was holding her groin due to the second low blow and was obviously in pain. The referee checked on the downed opponent and called off the fight. It was a knockout and ayushi won her first ever tournament at the age of 9. Her coach rushed to her and didn't spend a second in celebrating in the cage she quickly thanked the officials and rushed to the medics backstage to treat ayushi. Ayushi noticed that the small red stains on her shorts turned into a huge red spot and she bleeded a lot. But the girl didn't panicked and the medics called the appropriate female doctor to treat ayushi. After some hours the treatment was done and the doctor advised ayushi's coach to take her to the hospital for better treatment but she managed to stop the bleeding and gave her anesthesia. She bleeded so much but didn't felt the pain because of the adrenaline and she did a good work to rush for treatment first. Her coach called her mother to bring some clothes for ayushi as her fighting clothes were drenched in blood and normal clothes were drenched in sweat. Her parents came to the location with the clothes and ayushi changed and was discharged. Her mother was very worried as she saw her face in the car. Nobody said anything and everybody reached home safely. Her sister helped her to walk and made her lay down on the bed and ayushi quickly fell asleep
