Levi's POV

Its in the middle of the night when I feel someone's getting up the bed and winced in pain so I reach out the light to turn it on and saw her making her way to the bathroom holding her stomach  there's  blood from her butt I was shocked.

"Hey what's wrong?"I ask in worried tone not knowing what to do and making my way to her and hold her right hand and she stop then she look at me, I can feel she's in pain but she tried to hide it.

"Cra-cramp I guess,It's always like this But I think I can't bare the I usually take pills to minimized the pain but I don't have right now"She said while looking at me,she's so pale she pull out her arm from me and got the towel and I follow looking at her.

"Sorry but I don't have pads right now can please ask your maids if they had I just for the night?"she said while holding the holding the towel in her left hand while the other still holds her stomach.

"Ohh I'm gonna call someone to bring the things you needed go ahead Im gonna knock on you later"I said while made my way to the nightstand where my phone is,I took my phone and call the butler s Leopoldo and asked to bring some pads and painkiller,good thing they have it.
After a few minutes someone knocked the door and I open it was one of my maid.

"Good evening master here's what you ask"she said while handling me it to me and she bow.

"Thanks" I said while closing the door and locked it, I made my way to the bathroom and knocked on the door.

"Zia here's what you need" I said while leaning on the wall beside the door and she open the door and reaching her hand outside to hand me the things she asked,I hand it to her and she said.

"Thanks Lev" she said while closing the door, I was shocked the she rolled my name in her tongue makes me hard already.

"Hope you call Lev every time I like it"I said it loud to make sure she hear's me and I got back to bed to sleep after and few minutes she got out from the bathroom and made her way beside me, and now I'm facing her back I started spooning her.

"Does it hurt a lot?I ask while spooning her and my jaw was no place on her neck,

"Not that much I-I already take painkillers waiting to kick in"she said while closing her eyes and here Ia am intoxicated by her sweet scent we shared the same body wash except shampoo but she smell so different.And we started drifted off to sleep.

The next morning we made our way to their house to tell her brother about our wedding next week.We stand at the door waiting for her to knock the door she was now feeling nervous to I can feel it and she tried to relax. Then she knocked the door we heard footsteps approaching us and open open the door for us.

"Hi sis there you are! how are you?" he said while hugging her sister and shocked and his face can't hide he see me at the back of her sister and he parted his self from her sister and looked ate her sister in shocked.

"Who is this guy with you sis?" he said while looking at me still shocked.

"I'm  Zia's fiancée"I said while smiling at me while she looked at her sister in shocked.

"Wha-what tha-"he was about to asked but Zia cut him off and he cupped his mouth.

"Let's talk inside okey I will explain everything"Zia said while passing his brother and looked at me with shocked face all written to his face.
