This is Y/N's new look and personality as of now as the old one was outdated and the current character bio is heavily outdated, this will be Y/N's current bio from now on and is the official one.
Species: Mobian Fox
Home: Mobius, Restoration HQ
Appearance: Y/N's fur color is customizable to match the reader's preferences, encompassing shades from fiery reds to cool blues or earthy browns. They have a streamlined build. Their attire consists of a sleek black bodysuit that hugs their form. Black boots provide support and conceal a boot knife for quick access. Leather gloves offer grip and protection, while pouches on their forearms carry essential tools. Y/N's gear is further augmented by a Wisp canister and a holster for their burst wisp on their belt, vital for combat. A knife sheath on their thigh serves as a backup weapon, and diamond cutter gear, including knee and elbow pads, provides extra protection. To mask their identity from Eggman's scans and to keep communication secure with their team, they wear a distinctive Concealer—a mask shaped like a fox with a red lens on the right and three eye holes on the left, finished in a cream/gray color.
Alternate appearances
Zombot: During the Metal Virus Arc, Y/N falls victim to the infection while heroically tackling a Zombot Tangle to protect Whisper. In their limited time as a Zombot, Y/N's appearance undergoes a chilling transformation. They are completely engulfed in a metallic red liquid that envelops their form, maintaining enough of their recognizable features to distinguish them as Y/N.
Their tail, once sleek and agile, is now adorned with small spikes that give it a more dangerous edge. Their fingers are elongated and tipped with claw-like extensions. The most striking change occurs in their face; while most of it is covered in the metallic substance, their mask remains intact, leaving only the lens visible—this singular eye glows ominously.
In an unsettling twist, Y/N's Burst Wispon is integrated into their hand, suggesting a disturbing synergy with the Metal Virus. If I explored further in the narrative, this integration would allow them to unleash bursts of Metal Virus energy, making Y/N a formidable and aggressive threat, intent on infecting others.
Fortunately, by the Arc's conclusion, Y/N is ultimately cured when Super Sonic and Super Silver utilize the Warp Topaz to send all the Metal Virus into the sun.
Extreme Gear: During the Phantom Rider Arc, Y/N's Extreme Gear appearance reflects their edgy persona while incorporating functional elements for racing. They wear an open jacket instead of a cloak or sweater maintaining the sleek look of their black bodysuit beneath. Their signature fox mask remains intact, providing anonymity and a hint of mystery.
Their knee and elbow pads are visibly secured, ensuring protection during high-speed maneuvers. Their Burst Wispon, which is at Restoration HQ for modifications, Y/N relies on their custom-engineered Extreme Gear shoes. These shoes are designed to hover slightly above the ground, utilizing light propulsion for agility on any surface. They feature wheels that can activate for normal use, allowing Y/N to switch between hovering and classic skating seamlessly.
For enhanced performance, the shoes have blades on the sides, enabling sharp turns and reverse propulsion for unexpected brakes or skating backwards. An emergency spring mechanism allows Y/N to jump without losing speed, adding an extra layer of versatility during races. Impressively, these Extreme Gear shoes are also functional underwater, showcasing Y/N's adaptability in various environments.
Personality: Y/N's personality is profoundly shaped by their tumultuous past, emerging as a mainly silent and introverted character who grapples with deep-rooted trauma. The betrayal by Mimic, who sold out their entire team to Eggman, has left a profound scar, igniting a fierce aggression within Y/N, particularly in combat situations. This aggression often translates into a ruthless, almost moral-less demeanor when provoked. They harbored desires for lethal retribution against both Mimic and Eggman, though their actions are frequently curtailed by teammates intervening. Their anger can also extend to allies, as seen with Sonic during the Metal Virus Arc, where Y/N felt a deep sense of betrayal over their decisions that led to catastrophic consequences, including the infection of Tangle and many others. Y/N longs for accountability, holding others to the same standards they impose upon themselves.
