𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝑩𝒆𝒅𝒇𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘𝒔 - 𝑬𝒑𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒅𝒆 𝟏𝟏

Veronica had arrived at Archie's house to talk.

"Until you sign those divorce papers we can be friends but that's it." Archie said.

"Okay if that's what you want." Veronica said.

"But whilst I do that, you're not going to get back with betty are you?" Veronica asked.

"We were never a thing so no I wouldn't do that. You're the one for me but until the divorce is finalized we should just stay friends." Archie explained to her.

"Okay." Veronica said.

Later that day at night Tabitha called Betty.

"Hello?" Betty picked up the phone call.

"Is this Betty?" Tabitha asked over the phone.

"Yeah who is this?" Betty asked.

"Its Tabitha. Tabitha Tate." Tabitha said.

"Hi." Betty said.

"Look I know this is out of the blue, but I cant find jughead anywhere. I was supposed to watch him, long story. Now he's missing. I'm worried about him." Tabitha was concerned.

"Look Jughead has been know to go off – grid for days at a time." Betty told her.

"But I can stop by pop's tomorrow and check in with you if you want." Betty said.

"I appreciate that. Thank you Betty." Tabitha replied.

Tabitha then ended the call.

Meanwhile, Veronica jewelry store had just got broken into. And her Opal had been stolen.

"What the hell just happened?" Veronica said loudly.

Veronica then called Archie and Betty over.

"Hey Vee, what's up why did you call?" Betty asked.

"Oh – what happened?" Betty asked, noticing that the store was a huge mess.

"My store was stolen. I was wondering since you are in the fbi –

"I wish I could but I cant do two cases at once. I'm focusing on finding my sister and besides I have to meet Tabitha tomorrow as Jughead is missing again but I have a feeling he's gone off the rails with alcohol or something." Betty added.

"Wait you're going to search for Jughead tomorrow?" Archie asked as he turned his body to face Betty.

"Yeah even though it doesn't concern me anymore. But I guess he's my friend so I kind of have to." Betty rolled her eyes, annoyed that she had to be the one to find Jughead.

"You shouldn't have to be dragged into this mess." Archie placed his hand on her shoulder.

"I know." Betty gave Archie a half smile.

As Archie and Betty both left Veronica's store, they both walked home together.

"Betty." Arch uttered.

"Yeah Arch." Betty's eyes landed on his.

"Sorry for not telling you that Veronica and I got back together. I didn't know how to tell you." Archie scratched his hair, nervous he was.

"It's fine Arch, though a little bit of piece was annoyed that you didn't tell me. It's okay Arch as I'm not your girlfriend so you don't owe me anything." Betty reassured him.

"Well I am sorry and earlier today me and Veronica broke up." Archie said.

"Oh why?" Betty asked.

"Just until the divorce gets finalized, until then Ronnie and I will just be friends." Archie told her.
