The last days had been pretty awesome. No drama, no arguments nor any fights. Louis had allowed Harry to sleep in his room as long as he didn't do anything stupid. Eleanor had told Harry they were officially over and Louis was overly excited over it, but of course tried to hide that part. Harry didn't know how to feel but felt it was the best, even though they were basically broken up before she told him. But it was all clear for them both now.
Eleanor also told Harry that she wanted them to be friends but they both agreed to give each other as much space as possible for a while.
"Louis can we cuddle?" Harry awkwardly asked with his raspy morning voice.
"Okay Harry, not for too long though. I really want to go out before noon."
Harry smiled and cuddled into the smaller boy. At first it's awkward but they both quickly melt into it. Louis forgets about everything and anything and keeps his focus on Harry, wanting to make him happy and safe. After a while Harry got bored of their position and tried to intertwine their legs but Louis didn't want to. "Harry stop."
He shoved Harry off and turned away from him, facing the wall on the other side of the room. He sighed feeling Harry's eyes digging into his back but tried not to get mad about it. The reaction made Harry furrow his eyebrows in confusion, "Louis we've done it before, what's wrong?"
Louis just sighed again, not wanting to get angry and scare Harry. "Calm down Lou, take deep breaths. Deep and slow breaths. Focus on your breathing Louis, close your eyes and listen to your breathing pattern. Deep breaths."
Suddenly, Louis stands up and faces Harry. He raises his voice, not realizing how he's acting. "Harry can you shut the fuck up and stop repeating the fucking words, I'm not stupid if that's what you thi-" He stopped his words when he saw tears brimming the victimized boy in the bed. "Harry I-... I'm sorry I didn't mean to. I'm sorry Babycakes, don't be scared I'm so so so sorry."
"Babycakes, really Louis?"
"Wha- oh shit I, it slipped out sorry.."
Harry giggles and the nickname just changed his mood instantly. Louis cuddled into Harry's arms in attempt to cuddle once again but they decided it felt weird and switched positions. "You're definitely a little spoon Harold."
"Changing nicknames are we."
"Oh shut up or I'm calling you grandma or poodle." Louis replies as he picks his phone up to text Liam that they won't be going to school due to the recent event. Plus he want's to spend his day with Harry.
"I'm actually really hungry can we go and eat instead of cuddling? Okay that was no question don't even answer, we're going to Starbucks. Get dressed." Harry ends their conversation and pushed Louis off the bed and runs to the bathroom to get his clothes. When he returns he is welcomed by a shirtless Louis picking out what pants to wear. He had a perfect amount of abs showing against his perfectly tanned skin.
Harry couldn't stop staring and could feel his cheeks heating. He imagined what the older boy could do to him and was stuck in his own mind.
"Having fun staring?" Louis smirked as he put on black skinnies and a white shirt.
"Ye-What no, no what?" Harry broke away from his thoughts and shaked his head in shame.
"You know, you are one cute boy with red cheeks, I must say." The comment made him blush even harder. "Starbucks was it?" Harry replies with a simple nod.
