"Girl, where are you taking me? We've been driving for 45 minutes"

"Just ride." I said. "I know where I'm going."

"You better" He said. He grabbed my phone and unlocked it.

"How you know my password?"

"Don't worry about alla that" he said searching through my music for a few minutes.

Just as he picked a song we pulled up into the parking lot.

"We're here!"

He smacks his lips at me. I chuckle a little.

"Where the hell are we woman?" He complains looking into the forest on front of us, as i climb out the car.

"I'll show you, come on."

He shakes his head and crosses his arms. "I aint getting out this car." Ugh he is such a big baby.

"Please!!"

"No"

I walk to his side of the car and open it. I watch the door lift up before I look at his face. I pout a little.

"I said no Jhene I'm not following you into the woods."

"I can't believe I let you talk me into this." Chris said as we walked down a dirt path.

"Will you stop complaining?" I ask highly annoyed. We've been walking for 15 minutes and he hasn't stopped talking.

"I'll stop complaining, when you get me back to modern civilization."

I hit him in his arm and he laughed at me. I changed sides with him and took him off the path.

We walked in silence for another 10 minutes.

I looked down at his hand, tempted to grab it. Hold on to it. I gnawed the inside of my cheek trying to decide what to do.

Going on got instinct I grabbed hold of it. Not even looking at me he held on even tighter. Like in a protective, possessive fashion. Also as if to reassure me he wasn't going anywhere. And of course i was blushing.

I glanced at him to see him staring at his phone.

"Do you know there's know reception out here?" He hesitated. "You could try and kill me and i couldn't call anybody for help."

I rolled my eyes and decided to be sarcastic. "No, i didn't know that. But thanks for the valuable information."

I watched him furrow his eyebrows at me. "I was just kidding, J."

I looked at him with a raised eyebrow. "Was I?"

I felt myself being pulled back. I looked to see Chris had stopped walking. He was looking at me like i had lost my mind... Once again.

I kept walking, dragging him with me. "I was kidding, Christopher."

"Yea, i know." He said nervously scratching the back of his head.

I playfully ruled my eyes at him as we come to the clearing. It was a nice treeless patch with a meadow in its place. There was a small stream that followed through it. I lead him over to a stump. I pushed him into the seat. I decided to surprise him and straddled him.
