they say your youth is the best years of your life,
but they lied.
its the most scary,
traumatic,
depressing time you will ever spend on this earth.
at least for me it was.
i've spent my youth in and out of hospitals,
residentials,
phps,
iops,
all things mental health.
and yet, i still struggle to find comfort in my own thoughts.
