Overall Abilities: Caboose is dimwitted but is oddly efficient in different form of combat from range and melee. At glance, one might think Caboose isn't too threatening but his physical prowess makes up for his lack of intelligence. And there has been instances of Caboose being capable of other skills engineering, due to his past experiences in his previous dimension. But when he gets mad... all hell is loose and becomes much dangerous than he was previously before.
- Enhanced Physical Strength: Caboose is already strong as a human and as a Cybertronian, his strength increased. Though unintelligent and unskilled with weaponry, Caboose possesses tremendous physical strength when angry or in simple situations, thought by Starscream and Knockout to be "Primus' way of compensating."
- Enhanced Speed: Caboose possess enhanced speed, much faster than the average Cybertronian. Often finding himself across one location to another before anyone noticed.
- Durability: Caboose possess strong durability to shrug off multiple blows, especially to the head.
- O'Malley Berserk: When Caboose is enraged, his alternative personality emerges for a short time. This transformation hinges on the source of his anger, unlocking a surge of sharpened instincts and combat prowess. In this state, his attacks become more brutal and intense, driven by an overwhelming desire to protect those he loves. Yet, there's a darker side; if consumed by rage and hatred, he may inadvertently lash out at allies caught in the storm of his emotions. This powerful change typically surfaces when someone he deeply cares about is threatened, turning Caboose into a whirlwind of chaotic strength and relentless determination.
