2056, February 6th.

Earth froze over. The humans that were able to, including my mother, were forced to move to a new planet. On that planet, there was a new, unidentified life form, creatures we call Light-beings. Here's what happened.

The sun collapsed. A supernova was imminent and the face of Earth was destroyed. This happened around 2032. A small amount of the human population moved to a faraway planet known as Kepler-186f via a spaceship the Russians were working on behind their backs. It was able to travel lightyears without consequences, but when it crashed only a few humans survived. The planet they landed on, Kepler 186f, was already populated by Light-beings, as they called them. They were Light-based.

My name is Onyx. I was born after the spaceship landed. My mom was pregnant during the trip and I was almost lost, but I still made it out. My hair is long, almost to my shoulders. It's a dark brown and it's almost always pushed back. I have hazel eyes, almost green. The spaceship landed in a pretty big desert, covered by sand and what looks like a wasteland. Far out are the forests, including water. But those are outside the safe zone. My mom was single, my dad was left behind in the Frost, as well as the rest of my family, and I aspire to become a Light-being hunter. At least, I did, because now I am. I'm 24 years old, and I hunt powerful creatures that can and will kill me.

They're not like zombies, they have feelings and actually act like they have lives. And I'm sure they do, but they're too dangerous to be living with about 6 humans on this planet. Which isn't actually the case, I just don't pay attention to the population. I only play attention to my life, my loadout, and training. I've also been toying around and experimenting with gear to help me take down Light-beings, like vests that'll protect me or sunglasses that'll give me immunity to their light. But of course, I don't think I'll be able to protect myself that easily. The best thing I can do against them is hunt them stealthily.
