(Pokemon battle)

Millie outstretches her paw & aims it at both Garchomp & Zeraora. “Aurora, use Blizzard now!”

Aurora howls, then a blizzard covers the entire area; limited visibility now on the field as a blizzard kicks up, affecting everyone’s vision.
Professor Shade feels his body being pushed back by the blizzard as the high-speed winds & snow begin to cover the area forcing him to delay his shout as Millie focuses her mind & shouts, “Now, Speranza, use earthquake!”

Speranza roars and flies in the air & slams down on the ground causing a massive earthquake to shake the battlefield and causing everyone to lose their balance as the move viciously shakes the entire ground, Zeraora taking massive amounts of damage from the attack.

Zeraora becomes confused & begins to see double as it cannot see very well due to the vicious shakes & blizzard.

Garchomp roars as the blizzard slowly dies down & is then attacked by a surprised ice beam by Aurora & becomes frozen from his legs to his torso. Professor Shade sees the blizzard die down & is shocked at the state of his team. “Garchomp & Zeraora!” he then notices Millie’s team is standing tall and grits his teeth.

“Young Millie, I’m impressed, but now that your blizzard has died down, it’s time for the final stretch of our battle!” he calls back his zeraora. “thank you, zeraora, rest up now.” He then sees Garchomp break out of the ice it was frozen in; he pulls out a crystal orb from his coat & laughs under his breath, “I’m down to my last Pokemon; well, then it’s time to bring out the big guns.”

“Garchomp, now is the time to let the scales and stars shine amongst you brightly; it’s time to Paradox form and unleash the past beast within you.!” He then tosses the crystal orb toward Garchomp. A flash of light appears as Garchomp’s scales then shine brightly and grow a few inches in size that, grant him an extra amount of protection, and his wings turn into blade-like abominations along with his tail growing a few spikes on the ends of the tip of his tail.

Onyx then shouts to the field, “Millie, he’s down to one last Pokemon; you can do it. I know you can.” Millie then looks to Aurora and remembers her father’s voice.

“remember, once the Pokemon Paradox forms, it can only be the type that’s dominant in its genes.” Millie then pulls out her crystal orb & looks to Aurora, who nods to her as he is ready when she’s ready. “Aurora, let’s do this. It’s time for the cool winds of the artic snow & the stars to align; let’s paradox form!”

Millie tosses the crystal orb in a curveball to Aurora’s side. The same flash of light is seen as Aurora has transformed as well, his tails now decorated in a starlit design and a ghostly blizzard-designed scarf that is seen along his neck that extends through his back, his body now designed in multiple stars, snowflakes that can be seen moving every few minutes. His ears are now an icy fog that can barely be seen.
“a paradox formed alolan Ninetales; let’s go, Millie!” Onyx leaps as he’s excited about Millie’s first paradox form transformation.

(Pokemon battle)

Professor Shade closes his eyes and reveals a happy smile. “So, you know how to paradox form, Young Millie, something I didn’t expect you to learn so quickly!” Millie returns a smile to Professor Shade. “I can thank my father for teaching me the basics, but now it’s time to end this battle!” Millie points her finger at Garchomp. “now, Aurora, use ice fang!”

Aurora dashes at Garchomp with a burst of speed and leaps in the air & tackles Garchomp, then howls and bites down on the neck of Garchomp and rips into his neck, then leaps back and growls as a bit of red is on his mouth as he looks to the downed Garchomp that stands up as his neck is injured from the attack.

“Garchomp, use slash!” Garchomp charges Aurora and slashes him with deadly force, causing Aurora to collapse. Garchomp roars then walks back to professor shade & roars.

“Aurora, can you get up?” Aurora growls, then stands up, his eyes full of hatred as he glares at the Garchomp. Millie grins as Aurora stands up, points to the professor, and gives him a thumbs down to taunt him.

Professor Shade chuckles, then “points to the battlefield “Garchomp, go!” Millie then sends out Aurora, “Aurora, let’s finish this!”

Aurora and Garchomp dash at each other. Aurora evades a few swipe attacks, then leaps on one of Garchomp’s arms and uses a headbutt against the massive dragon, stunning him for a few seconds. Aurora then uses an ice beam to slide under Garchomp, then leaps & climbs up Garchomp’s back and, leaps into the air & uses his ice beam attack to freeze Garchomp in place. “Aurora, now finish Garchomp off with an energy ball!” Aurora howls and builds up a massive energy ball and fires it directly into the face of Garchomp, with a massive explosion that blows Garchomp to the ground.

Professor Shade hears his phone. “Garchomp status critical; Pokémon is unable to battle!” Professor Shade looks to Garchomp, then takes out a Pokeball. “Garchomp, return!”

Garchomp vanishes into a streak of energy as he returns to his Pokeball. “well fought, Garchomp, rest up; you deserve it.” Professor Shade looks up to Millie and claps his hands together.

Aurora returns to normal, yips happily, and jumps around as he returns to Millie’s side and looks up at her with happiness. “that was amazing, Aurora.” Millie then kneels & hugs Aurora and pats his fur gently as they are both happy to have beaten Professor Shade.

Onyx cheers & approaches Millie. “That was awesome, Millie; that final blow was spot on & Aurora’s paradox form was gorgeous, you are full of surprises, and I can’t wait to see both you & your team progress in the tournament.” Millie giggles as she stops patting Aurora and then looks to professor shade, who steps up to her.

“Well fought, young Millie, you deserve that win; I’m very proud of you for letting me help you train & grow your confidence for the tournaments, you are the daughter of a well-known champion & I cannot wait to see you grow more as a Pokémon trainer & a researcher.”

Millie smiles at Professor Shade. “I want to thank you as well, Professor; without your help, I would’ve dropped out of the tournament before it started, but now after this battle, I have the confidence to Proceed with the tournament.” Professor Shade smiles and lets cinderace out of her Pokeball.

“cinderace here, have this berry. It’ll cure your poison.” He smiles at Cinderace and gives her a Pecha berry that she eats happily. Professor Shade hugs cinderace & pats her back gently. “all better, Cinderace?” Cinderace nods, then looks at Millie & smiles at her.

Millie giggles. “Cinderace, you were a great Opponent for my team as well; they loved to battle you.” Cinderace shouts happily then hugs Millie tightly and rubs her head into Millie’s stomach.

“Cinderace, you’re a sweetheart.” Millie smiles and then pats Cinderace’s head. After a few pats, Cinderace then goes back beside Professor Shade & high-fives him as she smiles at him.
