Professor Shade smiles at cinderace, then looks at Millie & Onyx. “Well, let’s head back to the lab; you & your teams must be tired after all you’ve done today.” The two smile at Professor Shade and nod as they follow him to the research lab.

(Research lab)

Professor Shade closes the door behind them and yawns as he heads to his room. “I’ll see you both tomorrow morning. Sleep well, and remember this I’m very proud of both of you; keep up the great teamwork and work hard to help each other improve.”

Millie & Onyx wave to cinderace & Professor Shade as they head to their rooms to rest for the night, both walking beside each other as they head to their rooms. Millie & onyx break away once they reach their rooms & wave to each other. Millie waves to Onyx.

“Goodnight, onyx & Zephyr; see you tomorrow morning." Onyx waves back to Millie. “Goodnight, you two; get the rest you need because tomorrow, we will find you an opponent to battle so you can get yourself up in the ranks of the tournaments.” Millie smiles.

“I’m going to be ready for anything, just like my father was.” She enters her room and closes the door once Aurora follows in behind her & hops into his bed and rotates in a circle, then lays down and yips softly as he drifts off to sleep. Millie sighs in relief as she pats Aurora’s head gently. “goodnight Aurora and thank you so much for helping me out all day.

She smiles & walks into the shower room & takes a bath. Once she finishes showering, she gets dressed in shorts & a plain white t-shirt and gets in bed yawning as she wraps herself in a blanket & slowly drifts off to sleep.

(onyx’s room)

Onyx lets Riolu out of his Pokeball & smiles as Zephyr is peacefully sleeping on a hammock, then pats the edge of his bed for Aeris. “come here, Aeris.” Aeris looks at Onyx, a bit lost, then shrugs his shoulder & climbs onto the edge of the bed & sits down, making eye contact with Onyx.

“Aeris, you did a good job in our first battle against a rival Pokemon trainer, I didn’t get to say thank you, so I wanted to talk to you one-on-one.” He smiles at Aeris.

“Thank you so much, Aeris, & welcome to the team. You are an amazing Partner, and I’m very glad you chose me to be your trainer even when you had the choice to leave of your own free will.”

Aeris then stands up, walks over to Onyx’s side & opens his arms. “Aeris, do you want me to hug you, buddy?” Aeris nods and lets out a soft yawn as he keeps his arms open to Onyx.

“Very well then, come here, you little pup.” He wraps his arms around Aeris gently, then lifts him into a gentle embrace and hugs him. “is this what you wanted, Aeris?” he then feels Aeris place his head against his neck as he’s fallen asleep In his arms, feeling safe.

“Goodnight, Aeris, & Zephyr, you both did a great job today he holds Cyra’s Pokeball & smiles as he sees her come out of the Pokeball. “Cyra, I didn’t forget about you; you also did a great job today; now get some rest, ok, Cyra? I need your full strength because we don’t know how strong our next opponents will be.”

Cyra yips softly, then hops onto her hammock & takes her stick out of her tail, and places it beside her on a table next to her so she can sleep comfortably; At the same time, she lays down; she then feels Isha hop on the hammock with her & giggles softly as she makes room for Isha who lays on the opposite side of her. Onyx chuckles as he sees Isha make herself comfortable with Cyra. “Looks like you have a new buddy Cyra.”

Onyx yawns and then lays down, letting Aeris lie beside him. “Goodnight, everyone.” He closes his eyes & drifts off to sleep after wrapping his body with a blanket. As he sleeps, Aeris scoots closer to Onyx, wraps his arms around his chest, and curls up into a ball.

Millie sits on her bed and yawns as she looks around her room and sees Aurora sleeping with Minka & Azar. She then gets off her bed, heads to her restroom, and gets herself ready for the day; she looks in the mirror & brushes her teeth, and washes her face.
