Soteria or Moissanite for Codename purposes, is the lesser Aeon under Qilopath's protection. She is also the same rank as Diamond the Emanator.
She has worked with the other ten-stone hearts before, although she hardly ever chooses to interact with them. As her path suggests she is has a strong desire of helping those who cannot help themselves.
Although that doesn't entire mean she is good, like the IPC she believes their assets can help others. Although sometimes, her drive to help can cause others to suffer.
