Reyansh's pov
As I set my foot in my office all the laughing, banters, gossips died. Everyone sat in their respective places and started working in front of their system. Some girls looked at me like I am a god damn meal. I am habitual to this type of stares. just then my PA Harish came to me and said
"Sir, there is someone to meet you."
"Who is that someone?"
"Riya Malhotra. Daughter of Akhil Malhotra. He is our business partner maybe he has sent her instead of coming himself."
"Fine send her to my cabin and yeah did u book my tickets?"
"Yes, sir it is already done"
I just nodded and went inside my cabin. As I sat down on my chair someone barged inside my cabin without even knocking.
"What the hell? How dare you come inside without my permission?" I yelled at the person standing in front of me.
"Hello, Reyansh I am Riya Malhotra." She said in her sultry voice.
"I don't care if you are whoever you are. Who gave you permission to come inside my cabin damn it? "I screamed. This is one thing I don't like; no one can enter my cabin without my permission.
"I don't think I need permission but if I did anything wrong then I am sorry. I am here because I want to tell you something you know. Can we go for a club toni-" she was saying in her sultry tone which raised my anger to another level. And why the hell will I go club with her?
"GET OUT" I screamed at her
"What? But why? Listen-" she said trying to touch me
I gritted my teeth and said "Don't. don't you dare touch me. I am giving you final warning just get out from here before I call my security to throw you out."
"Reyan-"
"It is Mr. Kapoor for you."
"Okay, I am sorry Mr. Kapoor but can we go out and-" before she can complete her sentence, I called my PA
"Harish"
He came running to me and said "y-yes s-ir"
"I should not see her in my company from now onwards."
"And you get out of my sight right now." I said looking at her.
Author's Pov
Here outside his cabin all the employees were gossiping. Though it is not new for them. They know Reyansh Kapoor doesn't care about anyone. No one has ever seen him smile even once.
He always maintains his dominating businessman aura all the time. Though all the girls fall for him for his looks, but they know how dangerous he can be when he is angry including boys.
Same happened today Reyansh doesn't like girls at all he believes that they want to be with him for his money or for his looks and nothing else. So, he always maintained one armed distance from them.
Reyansh's pov
As she left my company, I engrossed myself in work. Tomorrow I am going to Chicago for an important meeting. As I was working in my laptop my cabin door flung open and I was about to yell at that person but stopped seeing my best friends. Ok only they can enter without my permission.
"Don't you have a basic manner that before entering into someone's cabin you should knock the door." I said clearly irritated. Not because of him but from the previous incident.
"Whoa! Whoa! calm down man why are you getting irritated?" my best friend Rahul Singhania said.
"Is everything okay Reyansh?" Here comes the sensible person in my group that is Kabir Shekhawat
"Yeah man just some girls trying to get into my nerves." I said somewhat calm.
"Reyansh yaar why don't you date someone. How long are you planning to stay single huh?" Rahul said which made me glare at him.
So yeah, Rahul and Kabir are my best friends from my school days. Though some tried to break our friendship, but we are unbreakable. We fight but we don't give upon each other. No matter how much we fight when a stranger come and say bad about any 3 of us, we break their teeth. We 3 are like BROTHERS
Rahul being a fun loving, playboy, flirty kind of man
Kabir being a calm, sensible, generous kind of man
Me being a sassy, mature and think before acting kind of man
"Reyansh, I heard that you are going to Chicago tomorrow? How long are you going to stay their?" Kabir asked me
"ya man, probably for a week or so." I said
"it's already 8pm I think you should go and get some rest you have a morning flight, isn't it? Rahul said
"Yeah, I will leave within an hour after completing this file."
"Alright man we are leaving. Have a safe journey dude." Kabir said giving me brotherly hug
"Bye bro miss me okay." Rahul said hugging and winking at me. I rolled my eyes and said
"Get out before I ruin your face.".
He raised his hand in surrender and they both went.
After finishing my work, I went to my penthouse. I opened the door, and it was dark like always. How I wish someone was here to welcome me but again I am not lucky enough to receive someone's love. I sighed and went to my room. I took a shower and changed into something comfortable and went downstairs
Veena aunty my cook, who is in her 40s came to me and said "beta, come and have some food I will serve you."
"Haan aunty I am coming."
She served me food. I looked around and not finding Kiara I asked "Where is Kiara aunty? From the time I came I didn't see her."
"Beta, she is already slept. She was little bit tired today." Veena aunty said to which I just nodded.
After that veena aunty went inside the kitchen to do her work. I was sitting alone and started eating the food. I sighed; I know this is my daily routine but deep inside I wish I had someone beside me but again I am habitual.
I went to my room and packed my luggage. And I sat on my bed and did some pending works. It was 11:30 when I wrapped up all my works and lay on my bed. I switch off the lights and slept of.
