Olivia had gotten up the next morning with a headache. She knew it wasn't a hangover, as she'd barely had the chance to drink more than one beer before she had stormed out the bar.

She sat on the edge of Fin's desk as they tried to solve a case. As they were going over the evidence yet again, Olivia suddenly got goosebumps. She looked up to see Elliot walking towards her. Fin quickly stood up, stopping Elliot from coming any closer to Olivia.

'Look bro, i don't know what you did but she's pretty pissed off at you' Fin bit, glaring at Elliot.
'Fin i love you but i don't need you to fight my battles' she said, standing up and walking towards her office, 'Are you coming? i'm not having this conversation in front of my squad' she bit at Elliot.

Elliot followed her to her office, closing the door behind him, he could still feel Fin's death stares as he turned around from the glass door to look at Olivia.

'Liv' he sighed, 'I'm sorry i googled you, i know i should have asked, but i didn't want you to relive it in your head'.
'It should have been my decision Elliot, you didn't even give me chance to tell you!' Olivia yelled, 'You think those articles are one bit true? i didn't speak to a single reporter. It's all bullshit, only i know what happened during those 4 days'.
'Did he?' Elliot asked, with a heavy sigh.
'Did he what Elliot? Come on speak up' she yelled again.
'Did he rape you?' Elliot spat out, barely able to hide his anger towards Lewis.
'No Elliot, he didn't, but you would have know that if you had just asked me in the first place' she yelled, 'He touched every part of me, burned me with my own house key, violated my body in ways you couldn't even imagine, but no he didn't rape me' she bit, as she walked towards the door.
'Liv please' he mumbled, his eyes filling with tears.

Olivia took a shaky breath, her hand still on the door handle. She turned around, tears forming in her eyes, she tried her hardest to make eye contact with him, but he wouldn't look at her. She walked over to him and put her thumb on his cheek, stroking it softly as tears ran down his face. But he pulled away.

'Elliot touch me!' she screamed, moving closer to him, 'El touch me... please'.

As she moved closer to him, he back away still unable to make eye contact. As the distance between them grew bigger and they both stood there crying, Rollins knocked on the door.

'Captain' she said nervously, as she saw what was happening, 'can i borrow you a sec'.
'Yep' she replied, trying to hold back her tears.

Both women left the office, leaving Elliot standing there. Rollins took Olivia down the hall and pulled her into the bathroom.

'Look Olivia, please don't kill me. I know you don't want to hear this right now but i had to get you out of there, you deserve better than this' she said, taking a deep breathe, preparing herself for a lecture from her captain.
'Thank you Amanda' Olivia replied, to Rollins' surprise, 'I really appreciate it' she mumbled, before bursting out in tears.
'It's Okay liv' Amanda said, grabbing Olivia into a warm hug and stroking her hair, 'He doesn't get to be upset, it's your story to tell'.
