Jules was a year ahead of her mates, she was year ten and her friends were all in year nine although she had a few friends in her year or year eleven she didn't mind though since all the classes were mixed.

So yeah she's older than most of her mates which she didn't mind to be honest, although sometimes it was a pain when it came to relationships that the guys were all younger and she preferred them to be older not in a weird way of course.

Break had finally came around thank god, school had only been back a week and she was already fed up.

She sat down on the steps outside in the playground scrolling through her phone when Lucas smith appeared "hey Julie" he whistled making her roll her eyes" what you want?".

"What? Can I not come and see my favourite girl?" He chuckled.

Jules rolled her eyes "I am definitely not your girl."

Dwayne cleared his throat his arms folded making Lucas turn his head "he bothering you Jules?".

She just shook her head not willing to answer "leave her alone Lucas I mean it"

Lucas chuckled "you fancy her or summit?" He laughed before walking away from the pair.

Julieanne smiled at Dwayne for a moment "thanks dwayne" she said softly.

Dwayne nodded sitting down next to her "anytime.. are you sure you're alright?" He questioned.

She nodded "yeah of course." She said and right after that the bell had went "well better go can't be late to guthrie'sclass" she chuckled.

Jules was taking some notes to miss campbell for mr Guthrie when she saw her friends Dean and Noel "Noel!" She exclaimed (Noel's her favourite out of the two).

Noel smiled his hands were in his pocket as the two boys walked over.

"Where are you off to misses?" Dean asked with a smirk his hands in his jacket pockets.

Jules sighed "handing notes to miss campbell" she paused "shouldn't you guys be in class?" She questioned.

Noel shrugged "maybe, maybe not" he laughed "I do have one question tho." He paused "what was all that chaos at break with you and Lucas?"

Jules shrugged "you know what Lucas is like" she sighed "I just try avoid him"

Dean raised a brow "wait... do you fancy dwayne?" He laughed a little.

Jules furrowed her brows "what? No! Definitely not!" She scoffed "what makes you say that?"

Noel smirked "come on I can see the way you look at him.."

"Look I need to get these notes to miss campbell before guthrie wonders where I am, I'll catch up with you guys later okay?" She sighed before beginning to walk away.

"See ya" the boys both said in sync.

She was walking around the playground with shola samia kelly jo and tonya, not saying much but listening in to their whining about the uniform again.

She didn't disagree with them but she had other issues to worry about than the uniform, however when she heard their ideas about another sort of protest she was definitely in.

The uniform needed changing and she loved the idea of a riot .

Once Noel had went and grabbed miss campbell who seemed confused when there was no said 'fight' between Danny and Dean the students began running down the hallway with the new school uniform on in different ways.

everyone and looking really good in it too.

Dwayne smiled at Jules "you look really great in that colour"

Jules blushed slightly "thank you dwayne" she said softly.

Tonya folded her arms her eyebrows slightly raised giving Jules a look that said 'you definitely like him".

Jules just rolled her eyes and turned her attention back to dwayne"well now this is all over we can go home" she laughed.

Dwayne smiled holding the strap of his bag "I'll text you or summit " he said before walking away with mr Casey his foster dad, well one of them anyways.

Jules knew even if she did like dwayne he was Casey's foster son and the two did not get on, Rutherford wasn't as bad though although he was a fed.
