It was the day of the school charity race and Julianne was supposed to be apart but because of recent events her dad put a stop to it which she wasn't actually too mad about.

Instead Julianne was helping her aunt Nicky with the stalls she had for people to buy cakes and drinks and whatever else.

She walked up to Noel who was dressed as some sort of jukebox machine "okay what the hell?" She questioned.

Noel rolled his eyes "okay laugh it up." He sighed "pity your not running eh? Lucas has took your place instead."

Julianne folded her arms "course he has." She sighed.

"Why do you hate him so much? Seriously?. I won't tell." Noel asked in a serious manner.

Julianne hesitated not sure what to say and she was sure she wouldn't tell Noel the truth "I Uhm- I don't know.. he can be a dick."

"Can't we all?" Noel smiled "well you better get back before miss walters goes mad!" He said before running off.

Julianne laughed watching him run off and Nicky came up behind her "that could've been you you know? With your cousins,running and having the time of your life."

Julianne shrugged "always next year I guess.."

Nicky raised a brow "you gonna tell me why you got so drunk then?"

"Nope." She admitted heading back to the stall causing Nicky to groan in annoyance.

Soon enough all of her friends had left and started the run apart from Kelly Jo who was just wandering about uninterested really.

Julianne went and sat beside Kelly Jo who was looking at Jules without saying anything.

"Kells? Everything okay?" Julianne asked

"I was gonna ask you that Jules." Kelly Jo said "seriously though, like I heard what happened is everything okay? You can talk to me yeah?."

Julianne shrugged "I'm fine." She smiled obviously fakely but Kelly Jo just left it not wanting to pressure her into speaking up.

A little while later she saw Dwayne running back to the school a few minutes after myles had won ,he was clearly out of breathe and worried "sir! Miss! It's Preston! He's not breathing!" He exclaimed "help!"

"I'll get the defibrillator!" Mr king said in a panicky voice running towards the school.

Mr king ran into the forest Julianne closely behind him looking and searching for Preston in panic.

Julianne then clocked eyes with Preston on the ground,Kai doing CPR with Noel playing a beat in the background,Tonya and Sami looking panicked while Lucas just stood there.

Mr king noticed this and ran over with Julianne and he knelt down "okay Kai stop!" He yelled once he had put the defibrillator on pushing of a few times until the paramedics arrived.

Everyone watched while the paramedics took him away,tonya looked an absolute mess and who could blame her? Her brother was in an ambulance.

Everyone had made their way back to the school looking worried and miss Walter's was nowhere to be seen.

"Has anyone seen miss walters?" Mr king yelled but no one replied.

Dwayne noticed myles and raised his brow "oi myles! You were first you must have seen Preston, why didn't you help?"

"Yeah well I thought he fell over what's your problem?" myles said in an annoyed tone.

"Yeah well he didn't just fall did he?" Dwayne said angrily.

"If he dies it's on you." Julianne added getting right up in his face.

"Right Jules come on.." Dwayne said knowing how she could get.

Although they had broke up they still cared for each other.
TW/mention of scars

"You know Preston could have died man!, in fact he still might die!" Noel suddenly yelled "you're sick you!" He then walked away really upset.

"You all know nothing!" Myles hissed looking for someone to take his anger out on and chose Jules "I bet you all don't know about the scars on Julianne's wrists!"

Dwayne looked at her in disbelief but then saw how she had a long sleeve top underneath a short sleeve one "is this true Jules?" He asked trying to put two and two together about the way Jules had been all term.

Jules bit her lip and pulled Dwayne to the side "I was gonna tell you... keep your voice down please.." she whispered

Dwayne put a hand over his face for a minute "why didn't you talk to me? Is this why you were acting out?" Dwayne was in shock couldn't believe what was happening.

"Dwayne I... I didn't know what to do.." she whispered "there's been so much going on.."

"And the drinking as well? Because your going though stuff?" Dwayne added

"Can we do this later? My cousins in hospital I need to go find aunt Nicky." She said softly

Dwayne sighed "okay fine.."

Julianne walked away now feeling conscious about her arms getting weird looks off everyone and she went to find Nicky.

She ended up finding her dad and she ran up to him hugging him tightly"dad!" She sobbed "Preston's... he might not make it.."

Christopher nodded "I know I'm trying to find your aunt but no one's seen her.. come on let's go Preston needs someone.."
