Julianne had been dealing with the pain of Lucas for a while now she couldn't exactly remember when it started but she had been dealing with it all on her own.

She hadn't told anyone and she didn't plan to either she could handle it herself.

However,schuey was beginning to notice something was really wrong and he was getting  worried he wasn't the nicest lad but he had a bit of a soft spot for Jules.

Julianne walked into the lunch hall looking for her aunt Nicky and she ran over when she saw her "aunt Nicky? Do you have a minute?".

Nicky sighs"can you not see I have a class? Can you come back later? "

Julianne bit her lip "sorry I just... never mind." She noticed schuey and gave a small smile before walking away.

Julianne then sat in an empty hallway trying her best not to get upset, she was meant to be in class but she didn't want to go so was hiding.

That was until mr Casey found her"right Julianne? Is that you? Okay aren't you in class?"

Julianne rolled her eyes when she stood up wiping her tears "oh just leave it sir"

"No! I'm sick of this constant attitude and the skiving and the bad behaviour why can't you just behave!" Mr Casey yelled suddenly

Julianne scoffed"whatever sir I don't care" she said beginning to walk away.

"No! My office now!" Mr casey said following her to his office.

Julianne groaned sitting down in the chair when she got there her arms crossed,slouched back in the seat "well?" She said in a rude tone.

Mr Casey stood behind miss Campbell who was shuffling around notes "well Julianne it seems like we have no choice."

Her dad was also standing and looked fed up.

"A weeks suspension and then after that considering this isn't your first strike, you'll be in BU for a while" she said

"What? Are you joking?" She scoffed"no!don't!I haven't done anything! Dad tell her"

Mr Hawthorne sighed "I'm sorry Julianne it's out of my hands." He folded his arms

Julianne scoffed "you've got to be kidding me" she mumbled

Miss Campbell cleared her throat "mr Hawthorn- there's her work for this week hopefully that'll keep her busy."

Mr Hawthorne nodded "okay thanks Kim." He said taking Jules away.

They got to the entrance of the school when schuey approached her "Jules? Were you going?"

Julianne bit her lip"I'm suspended schuey, I'll text you." She smiled

Schuey nodded"oh-uh okay.." he sighed watching her go to mr hawthornes car.

They arrived home and Chris had slammed the door behind him chucking the car keys on a unit for a moment "seriously Julianne! Suspension? You're lucky you aren't expelled!" Her dad yelled.

Julianne bit her lip"I didn't do anything dad.."

He scoffed"you're always doing something!why can't you just be like your cousins."

"What about kelly Jo? She's worse!" She yelled

"She has a reason! She has adhd for crying out loud!" Christopher sighed"just go to your room and stay in there I've got to go back to work!"

Julianne stormed up the stairs locking and slamming the door listening out for when her dad left before she could do anything else.

After a few hours it would have been end of school and her dad had to stay back later to do marking and he was going to the pub so she had the house to herself for a while.

She went down to the kitchen pulling out bottles of wine,vodka,cocktails you name it she had y drank in a while but she was close to breaking so decided to drink.

A few lonesome drinks later a knock was at the door and she crept carefully worried who it might have been but then she saw schuey and all those nervous feelings went away.

"God I thought you were the cops" she said letting him inside "what are you- what are you doing here?"

"You drinking?" He smirked "without me?" He chuckled

"Well? Your here now help yourself" she smiled drinking out of the vodka bottle.

Schuey could tell Julianne was really drunk but he didn't mind as long as she wasn't blackout or anything.

Schuey sat her down seeing how trippy she was she was so drunk and it was worrying.

"You sure you should be mixing that with whatever else your on?" He asked raising a brow

"Aww are you worried about me?" She asked clearly inhebriated

"I can't have two people in my life going down the same path!" He said making Jules a little confused"what?.."

"What does that mean?" Jules said

"Just forget it Jules" schuey said standing up

"No!" Julianne said grabbing his arm"stay." She said softly

Schuey sighed sitting back down "I'm gonna get you a water.." he said grabbing a glass and pouring some water before returning.

Julianne looked into his eyes for a moment with a small smile "you know your the only guy who really cares about me"

"How do you work that one out"

"I mean.." she laughed weakly"considering that I've been getting assaulted by Lucas for months.."

Schuey blinked "what? What like sexually?"

Julianne bit her lip "I wasn't meant to tell you that.. forget it."

"No! What does that mean!"

Juliannes lips began to tremble her whole body shaking and she was close to passing out from too much drink.

"Come on.. I'll take you up to bed.." he smiled putting one arm around him.

Just as he laid her into the bed about to leave she grabbed his arm"schuey.." she mumbled "I-i love you." She whispered.

Schuey smiled before walking out the room running down the stairs before seeing Christopher standing there his arms folded.

"Oh uh- hi sir.." he said nervously "she was sick.."

"Mhm- I'd run if I was you schuey.. " her dad said watching the boy run out.

"Don't be that harsh darling.." juliannes mother said.
