Chapter 99: Excited Soldiers

Early the next morning.

Instructor Arnold, having received the "manual," shared the good news with the soldiers.

"Everyone is in luck. Thanks to everyone's bravery in battle, the lord has prepared a great gift for you all!"

"To make sure you all become stronger, so that in future battles, you can survive and make even greater contributions."

"All professionals can register here for special training!"

"I can't say much about what exactly the training entails, but rest assured, it's an excellent opportunity!"

Arnold said this with a rare departure from his usual sternness, using a mysterious expression to "secretly" inform everyone.

What could it be?

Why was it only for professionals?

Everyone's curiosity was piqued like a cat's itch, filling them with unbearable anticipation and intense curiosity.

During a break in training, a significant number of professional soldiers slipped into Arnold's resting quarters.

The other soldiers looked on eagerly, also wanting to find out more.

But due to their lack of strength and fear of Arnold's usual toughness, they could only stay outside quietly.

What made everyone even more anxious was that shortly after, the resting quarters erupted with exclamations of surprise, followed by silence, making every soldier even more curious.

About half an hour later, the professional soldiers emerged, their faces filled with excitement, howling as they resumed their training.

The other soldiers were full of doubt, unable to make sense of it all.

"What's so secretive about it? Is there something special?"

Jifan, while sharpening his sword, curiously asked Leon. On the surface, he was inquiring, but in truth, he wanted to improve his relationship with Leon.

He had seen Leon take down three troll soldiers on his own yesterday, holding the right flank.

A young, talented man like this couldn't be overlooked!

Leon shook his head slightly, not answering directly but smacking his lips with some concern:

"The training costs 10 gold coins, and all the volunteers paid..."

"For professionals, such specialized training is essential..."

Jifan's heart skipped a beat as he caught Leon's implied meaning.

He blinked thoughtfully, refraining from asking further and instead focused on training his body harder.

First, become a professional, then think about other things!

Many soldiers shared his thoughts, and soon a wave of training fervor swept through the camp.

What interested Arnold the most was that the lord did not reject the barbarian soldiers joining the training.

In fact, he even subtly hinted at greater expectations for them.

Arnold, understanding the lord's intent, began to ponder how to teach the somewhat stubborn barbarian soldiers.

Carrying several large sacks of wheat flour, Beelzebub nervously entered the door. He had been drinking with his comrades yesterday and only returned this morning.
