CHAPTER :6

The first person was murdered in 24th September, 2022. Its  the first time a dead body was found, in this case. Then, second victim of this killer was found dead in 29th September and the third was found in 1st October."
"Then, All the other murders happened  after every two weeks."

The first three murders happened not according to the timeline as the other murders happened. It could  meant that while doing the first murders that didn't plan anything. He just went with the flow of his killer instinct. But, what could have triggered his instinct.
Arjun looked at the photos of the deadbodies, their  right hands were cut off but it looks like a wild animal ripped off  their hands roughly . Some victims blood veins were hanging from their shoulder instead of their hand. The hallux and the little toe of all the victims were missing. Both eyeballs were plucked out,  in one picture  some insects were crawling out of the orbit. Some victims brain was coming out from the place of their eyes. Also, all the dead bodies lips were torn from both sides till the cheekbones.

Lookng the photos also hearing   Arjuns discription , Dhruv couldn't stop his vomiting and run out of the room.

"Arav I told both you and Aahi to study the scene where and how the police found the deadbodies. Did  found  any clue? Any similarities? Also, Dhruv did you checked around the forest areas where the victims were found.?"
"Sir, couldn't searched the areas, the way to the forest is closed by police now."
"You should have called me, if you couldn't complete your task. I would have told you to do something else. Forgot it, you say did you found anything?"
"Sir, we checked through the photos properly also scanned them in the criminal data in our office database if any of them matches there but the result is negative."
Arav tried to restructure their dislocated face and  scan them in the criminal data they have in their office database system but as always their office database is useless.
" But sir, I think I found a similarity in all the pictures." Aahi, came in the front and start speaking  pointing at the pictures.
"All the victims we see in the picture, all are covered in blood thats why it went unnoticeable. But, all the persons in these pictures are wearing casuals."
"But, It can also be  a coincidence. May all of them gone for a night walk."
Dhruv said putting his confusion in the table.
"But, it can also be a clue, cause if serial killer doesn't plan and kill then some of them must have been in their work or other clothing." Arav replied to Dhruv, as in this situation one clue is what needs to take the case  forward. 
"Like Dhruv said, if they are in their casuals then they might have gone for a night walk. If this theory is true then the victims must had been lived nearby." Arjun asked Shlok  to go to the police station with him to collect details if their is anyone missing from the area. Also told the interns to go and search the forest area as Dhruv did complete his task.

Both Arjun and Shlok is in front of the police station, as they want to talk to Mr. Gupta.
"Officer Gupta, Can we come in?"
"Yes, Arjun and Shlok. Say how can I help you?"
"I am sorry, sir.For disturbing you again. Actually, we want to know if there is any missing report from the neighbourhood where the dead bodies were found. I also want the forensic reports of those victims. Maybe you forgot to attach them with their files last time. "
" I can help you with the missing report but I am sorry we don't have the forensic reports with us actually they didn't give the reports."

" I told a constable to get the files, it might take some time. Please wait."
The constable beside them ask if they want something to drink. They refused.
" But, you always notify  media that the cause of death is blood loss, which apparently happened because their hands were cut off. "
" Yes, the cause of death is blood loss, thats what they said. But, we aren't too deep in this case since Government that decided to close these case. "
As some time went by, Shlok  ask Arjun whispering when were they getting out of here. With a frown in his face Arjun questioned," Why? ".
With a weird smile in his face Shlok looked at Arjun and showed him his pinky finger.
Suddenly, Shlok got up with a jump from his sit and run outside shouting "I can't control anymore." in search of the washroom.
Looking at his antics both Arjun and Mr. Gupta smiled.

" I must say, You do have a comedian as your partner Mr. Doha." With  chuckle Arjun replied, "Never get board with his company."
"If you don't mind me asking _ Why tou want to know about this case? This case is about to shut down by the Government also hand it over to the forest police department .Do you still think that some crazy serial killer is related to this case?"

"I think this case is not what it looks like. Government shouldn't close it so soon. But, that's not gonna happen- right. So, what I think is not important I have to work on this, if this is a serial killer I will work hard to caught him."
Officer Gupta still trying to convince him that it wasn't a serial killer but a wild beast." You know, its a straight forward case. Some wild quadrupeds of that forest killed them. It's their fault that their curiosity took the best of them. In my prospective, thwy are the reason of their own death."
Arjun juat look at him, how can a person be so ignorant. So, many people are getting killed but the one who needs to be tensed and worried about this whole case is chilling. Also, asking others why are they doing anything. Atleast, people needs to empathise with them but here for him who got killed doesn't matter. He doesn't have any headache. The feeling of suspicious he felt for Mr. Gupta last time after listening his words are growing stronger in him. But, he is a police officer. He, who protects others. How can he suspect him on basis of his talk only. There must be aome reasons for it.

"Don't think to much about the case. It is what its name is - wild animal, tjat had done those murders."
