 Chapter 18

When Su Cha returned home, she found an orc squatting at the door. When he saw Su Cha coming, he quickly stood up.

"Su Cha." Lu Ming greeted Su Cha first, and then said a little embarrassedly: "You said you needed this onion before. I heard that you were feeling better, so I brought some over. Do you want more?"

Unlike the tall and mighty orcs, Lu Ming's body is much slimmer, and his face, which has just reached adulthood, still retains some traces of immaturity, innocent and pure.

"Yes, please help me move them in." Su Cha replied with a smile.

Su Cha led him to the kitchen and pointed to a corner: "Put them all there. Just count them and tell me how many there are."

"Okay." Lu Ming responded crisply, with obvious joy in his voice.

Lu Ming carefully took the onions out of his backpack one by one and neatly stacked them up. Then he said to Su Cha, "35 big ones and 22 small ones. Just give me 140 beast coins."

Su Cha quickly took out a shell crystal which is equal to 100 beast coins and 40 spare beast coins and handed them to Lu Ming, and asked casually: "Do you go out with the gathering team every day?"

Lu Ming nodded: "Well, our deer beasts have poor combat capabilities and it is difficult to hunt wild animals, so we have to rely on collecting more herbs."

After Lu Ming left, Su Cha put most of the onions into her space.

She also picked up a few pheasant eggs from the yard and prepared to make simple scrambled eggs with onions.

She caught the pheasants in a trap she set in the back mountain, clipped their wings and kept them in a pen. In addition to the pheasants, Su Cha also caught about a dozen rabbits. Now there is almost no game in the back mountain, all of them are in her yard.

Because Cang Yuan did not join the hunting team, most of the meat in the house was exchanged by Su Cha using beast coins. If there was no meat, Cang Yuan would also eat the vegetarian dishes cooked by Su Cha.

After spending some time together, she found that the villain's temperament was really easy-going. Since the original owner abused him, he had a hard life and sometimes even ate grass roots and tree bark.

She cooked delicious food for Cang Yuan every day and he ate it without any pressure. When she didn't cook, he would make porridge and barbecue and never complained from beginning to end.

Well, he is easy to raise, and he doesn't talk much, so it's not annoying.

She asked Cangyuan to help her make some baskets, swings and other things, and Cangyuan made them for her silently.

There is absolutely no sign of the sinister and brutal murderous look as before.

However, Cang Yuan, who was a very obedient little villain, looked at Su Cha with some disgust as she was cutting strange vegetables with her clumsy hands and tears in her eyes.

He frowned again and again, and finally stepped forward and took the bone knife from Su Cha's hand: "You go and rest, I'll do it."

Su Cha sniffed. Oh my god, why are onions in this beastly world so choking?

Su Cha washed her hands and eyes with clean water, then remembered the key question: "Can you do it?"

  "No, you teach me."
