Jin's Penthouse

Jin, weary from the emotional weight of the day, had decided to seek some solitude. He placed his phone on silent, wanting to escape the world for a little while. He filled the bathtub with warm water, the steam rising gently into the air, and hoped the calmness would soothe his troubled mind.

Stripping off his clothes, he slipped into the bath, closing his eyes as the warmth embraced him. For a moment, it worked. The tension in his muscles eased, and he felt his thoughts slowly quieting.

But then, out of the corner of his eye, he noticed a subtle movement in the dimly lit room. His eyes snapped open, and a cold shiver crawled down his spine. The shadow in the far corner seemed to stretch, darkening unnaturally.

The air around him grew heavy, as if the room itself was suffocating him. His breath hitched, and the hairs on his neck stood on end. He felt it-a dark presence, sinister and cold, lurking around him.

Gathering every ounce of courage he had, Jin spoke, though his voice wavered slightly. "Stop bothering me... I'm not the bride of the KIM family," he said, attempting to sound brave, though his heart pounded with fear. "I haven't done anything to you. Let me go."

The room grew colder, and the shadow shifted, its form twisting unnaturally. Then, the air filled with a spine-chilling whisper.

"Let you go?" the spirit hissed, its voice creeping into Jin's bones, shaking him to his core.

Jin's heart raced. He could barely breathe as he stared into the darkness, his body trembling uncontrollably. "Huh? What do you want?" he stammered, his voice cracking as terror gripped him.

The shadow loomed closer, and the voice, now directly in his ear, sent chills down his spine.

"You can never escape me...

As Jin's body thrashed against the cursed spirit's grip, he screamed, but his cries were muffled by the water rushing into his lungs. His body fought with all its remaining strength, but he was weakening fast, and the spirit's grasp on his throat tightened cruelly. Water surged over him, and his vision blurred, the bathroom's dim light turning into an eerie haze. His lungs burned, desperately craving air, but all that came was the suffocating darkness pulling him deeper.

AAAHHH!! Jin's scream was swallowed by the water as his body stilled, his limbs growing limp. Darkness crept into his vision, and he felt his life slipping away.

Meanwhile, Taehyung, frantic and out of breath, reached Jin's penthouse and rang the doorbell repeatedly. "Jin! Jin, answer me!" he shouted, his heart hammering in his chest. The silence on the other end only heightened his panic. He quickly dialed Jin's number, but there was no response. His hands shook as he tried again, still no answer.

Without another second to waste, he keyed in the door password he had memorized. The door unlocked with a soft click, and Taehyung burst into the room. Instantly, he was hit with a wave of cold, dark energy, the cursed presence thick and suffocating. His heart sank-something terrible had happened.
