The restaurant was cozy, bathed in the warm, ambient glow of soft lights, as Jin, Taehyung, and Yea-Ji settled into their seats. The clinking of glasses and gentle hum of conversation filled the air around them. After a moment of silence, Yea-Ji finally broke the quiet, her voice soft yet perceptive.

"Last time, we didn't exactly get to meet as planned," she began, glancing thoughtfully at Jin. "And on Memorial Day, it wasn't exactly... peaceful."

Jin nodded, a faint sadness clouding his expression. "Yeah... you're right. It felt like the odds weren't in our favor."

Yea-Ji turned her gaze to Taehyung, a teasing glint in her eyes. "So... is this the one you left Jungkook for?"

Taehyung's eyes widened slightly, but before he could find a response, Jin reached over, slipping his hand into Taehyung's. There was a warmth and assurance in his touch, and Taehyung could feel Jin's quiet pride radiating through it.

"Yes," Jin answered, his voice steady and full of affection. "This is him. My husband, the one I love very much."

Taehyung's heart swelled as he looked back at Jin, their eyes locking in a moment of unspoken connection. Yea-Ji watched them with a hint of envy, her playful smile softening as she absorbed the depth of their bond.

"I'm feeling a little envious, Jin," she admitted, her tone half-joking. "Having such a smart, handsome husband? Wow."

Jin chuckled, a twinkle of mischief lighting up his eyes. "Well, you know I couldn't afford to make a mistake when choosing my Alpha."

Yea-Ji let out a soft laugh, but beneath it, a flicker of genuine admiration. There was something undeniable between them-a love so steady it filled the air around them. She quickly changed the topic, hiding her momentary wistfulness.

"So," she began, "have you thought about who will become the chairman of the orphanage?"

Jin's gaze flickered to Taehyung, a look of quiet confidence settling on his face. "I want my husband, Kim Taehyung, to take that role."

Taehyung looked taken aback, his eyes searching Jin's as if to understand what he truly meant. "Jin... what are you doing?" he whispered. "I'm not prepared for something like that."

But Jin only squeezed his hand tighter, his voice gentle but firm. "Tae, I trust you. I know you'll handle it even better than I could."

Yea-Ji smiled, touched by Jin's faith in Taehyung. "Well," she said, "I'll speak to my father and make sure he approves everything."

A spark of excitement ignited in Jin's eyes. "While you're at it, Yea-Ji, do you think he could help get Taehyung admitted to Seoul University?"

"Of course," Yea-Ji replied without hesitation, "that's a small favor."

But Taehyung shifted uncomfortably, hesitating, until Jin looked at him earnestly. "Tae," he said softly, "my brothers doubt that you're worthy of me. I want them to see how wrong they are."
