**Noon **
"Well... today is the day I'm going to ask the love of my life to marry me, today's the day my life is going to change for better or for worse. I just hope she says yes, I'll be heart broken if she says no."
"Luke you will be fine Maddie loves you there is no way she is gonna say no."
"Lexie thank you so much for helping me get this ready, I really want this to be perfect for Maddie."
"No problem Luke, anything for my future brother in law."
"Ok Lexie so I need you to get Maddie to the concert at 7 that's what time it starts... I made arrangements so you guys have front row seats, I'm the opening act for Tim McGraw so I will perform like ten songs then about fifteen minutes later Tim will come on. Now in the middle of Tim's show he is going to sing my best friend that's when he will ask me to come back on stage and sing it with him, then I will look Maddie in the eyes, grab her hand and pull her up on the stage with us then I will get down on one knee and say Maddie there could never be another that make me feel the way you do life with you makes perfect sense, you're my best friend, marry me? And then hopefully she will say yes."
"Luke that sounds absolutely perfect Maddie is going to love it."
" I hope you're right."
**** 7 pm****
"Lexie I'm so excited for Luke to be performing before the great Tim McGraw!!!"
" i know mads its awesome."

"Omg Luke did so good I'm so proud of him!!"
Tim walks out on stage.
"Eek Lexie I'm so excited Luke got us these seats my two favorite singers at the same time it's amazing!!!!!!!"
" your right it's a really great show so far I'm so glad Luke is your boyfriend."
About halfway through the show Tim says
" Hey ya'll this is a song for all you out there who are in a romantic relationship with your best friend."
"Lexie!!!! This is one of my all time favorite songs!! Holy crap I can't believe he is singing it!
"Ok now if ya'll don't mind I'm going to have my opening act come back out on stage and sing this song with me, Luke could you come back out to sing with me?"
"Ahh Luke is singing it with him!!! This is like a dream come true! I'm so excited."
" thanks for letting me come back out Tim, this is one of my favorite songs by you and I know it's my girlfriends favorite too."
" well is your girl here today?"
"Why yes she is sir, Maddie could you come up her please?"
Luke grabs Maddie by the hand and helps pull her up on stage
Luke looks her in the eyes and says
"MaddisonLynn I've loved you since the moment I payed eyes on you in the eighth grade, to quote your favorite singer who happens to be next to us right now, you're more than a lover, there could never be another to make me feel the way you do I don't know where I'd be without you here with me life with you makes perfect sense, so Maddie you're my best friend and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, will you do me the fantastic honor of marrying me?"
"OMG Luke! Of course I will marry you, how could I say no?"
"Everybody please give a big loud congrats to my boy Luke and his new fiancé Maddie!!"
