Chapter 9

I now pronounce you Mr. And Mrs. Luke Bryan...

It's been a year now since the engagement and Luke and Maddie are finally married.
Luke and Maddie decide to leave their reception early and go home to their new house they just bought, so they don't have to live in those stinky dorm rooms.
"Luke I am so glad we are finally married this is wonderful, I can't wait to see what our future holds."
"I'm so happy I got to marry my best friend, MadisonLynn Hunt, well now MadisonLynn Bryan."

**** a month later******
"Jenna I can't believe it's already time for us to graduate college, it seems like just yesterday we were two girls in the eighth grade talking about the boys we had a crush on."
"I know mads and now that same boy you were talking about in eighth grade is your husband, and we are all graduating college today."
After the ceremony Maddie starts to feel a little sick.
"Hey babe do you care if we just go home? I'm not feeling too well."
"Yeah sure darlin' anything for you."
"Okay I'll be out to the truck in a minute just let me say by to Jen."
"What's up Maddie?"
"Hey Jen me and Luke are gonna go ahead and head home."
"And miss the after college celebration party?"
"Yeah I'm not feeling too well, so I'm gonna go home and take a nap."
Luke and Maddie drive off in Luke's big black jacked up truck.
When they arrived at the house, Maddie decided she was just going to go lay down in the bedroom and take a nap.
"Well I guess while Maddie is in there sleeping I'll just turn in the tv to see if there is anything good on."
**** 2 hours later*****
Bluck, bluck, ick, bluh,blah
Luke can hear Maddie in the bathroom, and it sounds like she is vomiting.
"Hey babe are you okay?"
"I don't know what's wrong with me babe, I hardly ever puke. I was probably 13 the last time I puked."
"Wow that's strange, and you don't know what it could be from? Have you had anything weird to eat today? Maybe that's the reason."
"No, I haven't eaten anything unusual."
"Ok babe why don't you go lay down I'm gonna call the doctors office and see if they can get you an appointment anytime soon."
Luke dials the number
*ring, ring*
"Hello,doctor Montgomery's office how may I help you?"
"Hi,um yes, me and my wife just had our college graduation and we had to leave early because she wasn't feeling well, then we got home she took a nap and 2 hours later she starts vomiting,she said she hasn't vomited in eleven years, so is there anyway I could get her an appointment within the next few days? "
"Um, let me check I do believe we are really packed the next couple of days, yes we are but I can get her in on Tuesday at noon if that works for you."
"You don't have any other openings? I mean today is Saturday, that's 3 days until the appointment."
"I'm sorry sir but that is the earliest appointment spot we have."
"well thank you i guess we will take Tuesday at noon."
"Ok sir see you then."
Luke walks into the bedroom and can hear Maddie vomiting again, so he runs in there to hold her hair back for her.
When she finishes puking,luke tells her about the appointment .
"Thank you for setting that up Luke your the best."
"Anything for my beautiful bride."
The next morning Maddie wakes up vomiting again, what on earth is wrong with me? She thought to herself, I have never vomited this much in my life, I wonder if... no surely not, well it is a possibility.
Maddie decides to run to the store while Luke is still sleeping.
Ah here it is.
She gets back home and runs to the bathroom... I wonder if I am pregnant, well this test says I will find out 3 minutes after I take it, here goes nothing.
Maddie stand up sets the test on the counter and jumps in bed for a couple minutes.
"Hey Luke can you wake up please? I have something I need to show you."
" Hmm uh yeah babe what is it?"
"Well this is going to require you to stand up, and follow me because I don't even know what it is yet."
"Ok I guess I can get up it is 10 am."
Maddie and Luke walk into the bathroom, Maddie walks over to the counter picks up the test... POSITIVE.
"OMG Luke!!!"
"What babe what?"
"I know why I've been puking so much the past 2 days."
"Well why?"
"I'm pregnant Luke! We are going to have a baby! "
"Maddie this is wonderful! I'm so happy"
"I have to call my mom, and my sister, and then I have to call Jenna. Eek I'm so excited."
What Maddie didn't know was that Luke just finished the deal with his record label last night, and is officially signed to brt label, and their lives were going to be 500 times better. That is until, Maddie found out she's pregnant, our lives will still get 500 times better, it will just be really hard to focus on music and a baby.
