Kevin looks at the clock as he leans against the counter. He was bored, since there haven't been a lot of customers today. "Just a few more hours.." he says. He then lifted his head back up as he heard the shop doors slide open.
Lila enters the Candy Club with her son Skid, as the little boy ran to the shelves of candy. "Hi, Kevin!" He says. Kevin holds back a groan as he looks at Skid. He really doesn't like Skid and his friend, since they always bring trouble. He looks back up at Lila, as he smiles a little at her. "Hi, Mrs. Lila. I haven't seen you in a while. How are you?" He says. They last time they saw each other was a few years ago when Skid was a toddler. Lila chuckles softly as she shrugs "I'm fine, thank you. I just wanted to hang out with my son today, since I'm usually busy with other things." Kevin looks over at Skid as the little boy grabs a Candy Can, as he runs back over to his mom. "Mom, I got us a Candy Can to share!" He says as he bounces, holding the can up. Kevin chuckles a little under his breath. It was honestly sweet that Skid wanted to share his candy with Lila.
Lila pays for the Candy Can as she spoke. "Hey, would you maybe like to do anything sometime? We could watch a movie or whatever your up for." Kevin blushes a little at her question, not noticing his fingers were touching hers as he spoke. "Uh, yeah of course. I'd have to check my schedule, but I'd love to." Lila smiles as she takes the Candy Can in one hand and held Skids hand with the other. "Great! See you soon, Kevin!" She says, as she leaves the store with Skid, the boy waved to him as they left. Kevin stands there with his cheeks a slight shade of pink as he thinks about her. He chuckles a little, feeling a bit better now instead of bored. "Glad to see you again," he mumbles.
