Dokyeom and Joshua traveled to Dokyeom's house on foot. His house was not far from the dormitory, only about five kilometers away through a dense forest.

During the trip, Dokyeom and Joshua were more silent than talking each others or telling some stories. Dokyeom walked in front of Joshua and finally Joshua spoke up.

"Isn't this marriage a bit rushed? Wouldn't it be better if we got married after the graduation exam?" Joshua said.

"I'm afraid my father won't survive until the graduation exam. That's why I said that the sooner the better, so my father can rest in peace." Dokyeom said.

"What's wrong with your father? I forgot."

"Lung disease, more precisely respiratory problems."

"Oh, yeah. How long is your father likely to survive?"

"Currently, my father has come out of his coma. If my father feels tightness in his chest again, my father will automatically have to have another operation and his chances of survival will decrease."

"Ah, yeah... I understand."

"You won't be alone in my house. Mingyu is there too, he sent me telepathy."

"Oh okay."

Sometime later after leaving the forest area, Joshua was presented with the view of a luxurious house in front of him. The house was more like a mansion with a large yard and a high iron fence with many guards there.

"We have arrived." Dokyeom said as he opened the gate.

"Huh?! This is your house? Seriously?" Joshua said with wide eyes.

"Yeah, I'm serious. Let's go in." Dokyeom said.

Joshua looked around him while walking following Dokyeom from behind. Joshua was amazed by the interior of the house, or more precisely, the palace belonging to the Dokyeom family. How rich is the Dokyeom family, Joshua thought.

"Dokyeom, my son..." Dokyeom's mother said, Kim Hyejeong, from the living room.

"Hi, mom... Long time no see." Dokyeom said while smiling and rushing to hug his mother.

"I brought Joshua here, as you guys wished." he added while releasing his hug.

"Joshua..." Hyejeong now approached Joshua and hugged him.

Joshua really missed a hug like this, like a hug from his parents.

"How are you? Did Dokyeom treat you well?" Hyejeong asked.

"Ah, yes. He treats me well, though." Joshua said.

"Thank goodness... Are you enjoying your school?" Hyejeong asked again.

There were good and bad things about Joshua's time at school. He was confused about how to answer it. When Joshua was about to answer it with a positive answer, Dokyeom interrupted him.

"He gets along well and he likes to study at school, but it seems like many people don't like him, only because he shares a room with me in the dorm." Dokyeom interrupted.

"Ah, really? I hope you stay close with Dokyeom. Don't mind the people who hate you." Hyejeong said to Joshua.

"I will make Joshua as a brave and strong omega." Dokyeom said.

"That's right. Oh, yes. Your father wants to meet Joshua. May I take him to his room?" said Hyejeong to Dokyeom.

"With pleasure." Dokyeom said.

Hyejeong then took Joshua to Dokyeom's father's room, Lee Jaeyoon. When they entered Jaeyoon's room, they saw Jaeyoon sitting in a wheelchair while looking at the view outside through the window.
