In the early morning of 1976,in a small town of France was born a little girl with a birthmark of a palm on her left shoulder blade.Born a few minutes after her brother.there cries filled the room as there single mother hummed.the Grandfather walking in.
"What are there names, Marcia?"
"Pip and Alvina Bernadotte...my babies"
"Dion would be proud of these two and you."
"Thank you Regulus..."
