Alastor's POV

I was going all around hell just to find her. This was eating my head out. I hear noises from somewhere and it was getting louder as if someone was fighting. The other voice sounded much like y/n's and I was hoping it to be her. I turned around the corner and found y/n trembling in front of another demon who had an angelic knife in her hands tightly clutched. Without thinking, I quickly shot my tentacles at her and separate her from the knife. She falls to the ground and I quickly make my way to y/n who was still standing still at her spot without moving. The knife was on the road now lying still and the other demon girl looked at me with anger.

"Who the fuck are you?" She questioned me angrily.

"I am your very worst nightmare." I simply state.

"Oh I know you. Your that radio demon. Your not so scary after all. Now move so I could fucking end her." She completes and scowls at y/n.

"Well my dear, you shouldn't be so quick to judge someone.

I wasted no time and don't listen to her respond but instead grab y/n by her wrist and drag her out of there back to the hotel.

Y/n's POV

Alastor dragged me all the way back to the hotel and I was too stunned to speak anything. We spent the whole way in silence and our steps and the streets were so noisy it didn't really matter if it was quite or not. I could feel Alastor was angry at me despite his smile on his face which is always there. He should understand though that I am not a five year old who can't take care of herself. When we reached the hotel, I came back to my senses and snatch my hand away from his. He turns to me with a confused face and looks at me skeptically but I don't change my expression at all.

"Why'd you come looking for me? Why'd you drag me back here? Why?"

"Y/n, you can't go about in hell by yourself it's dangerous and you must be careful. I can't let you be kidnapped again after all." He retorts.

"Why do you care Al? I know you don't have good intentions at all. Secondly, I am not a fucking kid!" I fumed at him and realise I called him by his nickname even though I am angry. This is definitely not making me look angry.

Charlie and the others had come back to the hotel entrance with us and were looking at me like I did something wrong. I was the centre of the attention and I wanted to escape out of it like a small mouse but their eyes were set dead on me. Charlie's face had concern all over her face and I felt guilt wash over me. I push Alastor out of the way and stomp to the hotel's door and go inside before Anyone else could follow me. I teleport back to my room with ease with all the practice I did outside. I was standing back in my room all alone. It reminded me of the times back when I wasn't dead.

I locked the door of my room so no one enters and not even Niffty and I head to the washroom. I decided to take a bath and calm my senses down. I must have lashed out because I was still overwhelmed from the encounter with my old friend. I slip into the shower and feel the hot water run as I wash away the anger in the water. Charlie's painful face appeared and I felt guilty for stomping out of there. I step out of the bathroom and it was silent. There was no noise anywhere. I was starting to think they left me in the hotel as I changed my clothes. I hastily put on my clothes and went downstairs to check on where everyone was.

It was empty. I rush back upstairs and I run to Alastor's door hoping everyone would be there atleast. I knock on the door impatiently and seconds later Alastor appears on the door with the usual smile. But it wasn't an actual smile. He had this sad look on his face but you couldn't understand it properly because of his smile. I felt my heart throbbing for a second but I shake my head to not feel guilty about him.

"Can I come in?" I inquired.

"If you want." He remarked.

I step into his room which was red just like his style. He closed the door behind me slowly and I took a seat on his chair. I was tired from all the running and walking around and it felt nice to sit back and relax. Alastor didn't look like he was enjoying this so I decided to wrap things quickly and relax in my room by myself.

"Ok Alastor, I know you have some questions and so do I. How about we take turns and ask eachother? And we will answer honestly." I stated.

"I will comply if it is a must." He added.

"Great! I'll go first. Why were you avoiding me after we came back when the Vees kidnapped me?"

"I don't know." He replied.

"Really? Fine. I won't pressure you." I insist.

"How did you actually survive with Vox?" He quickly questioned me back knowing it was his turn.

I could hear the static rise in actually and I could tell he wasn't convinced with my answer I told him before and I knew I had no way out.

"I might have some powers." I quickly state thinking he won't think of it much.

"What now?" He asks me again but I could see his eye twitch.

"I know how to use them!" I quickly reply out of assurance.

"Ok and what would you have done if you didn't know how to use them?" He asks me back.

"I don't know." I simply reply.

"You would have died. Now we must take care of it." He says as he places his hands under his chin.

"You mean training right?" I also him incase if he is having some other ideas which I can't think of.

"Or course my dear! We wouldn't you dying or else Charlie will be quite sad." He states enthusiastically which meant he was back to his normal self. My eyes suddenly went wide in shock when I hit a realisation.

"Charlie! I have to make up to her!" I sprang up from my seat quickly when I remembered what I had to do before I headed out.

I rush out of the door leaving Alastor behind before I get too late to get to the others. But I wasn't sad or pissed off. I realised I had a smile on my face the whole way down.
