(Addy's POV)

"Hang on! Stop!" I shouted, tearing across the fields toward the Walls. I left Newt behind, which I felt slightly bad about since I knew he despised his limp, especially when it made him slower than me.

But the Greenie was about to waltz out of the Maze with no one to stop him. Well, Chuck was there, but  I couldn't blame him. He was just a 13 year old boy trying show around the Greenbean(who was probably a full 4 years older than him). And he was trying his hardest to stop him.

"STOP!"

I'd almost made it, but Gally was there first.

"Hey!" He shouted. Then he threw the Greenie to the ground.

Wow. I thought. How'd he throw him that far?

Then I shook my head. Doesn't matter

The Greenbean lept up, scrambling away from Gally.

"Hey, calm calm calm." Gally held out his hands like he was talking to a scared animal.

The other boys gathered around. Somehow, while they were gathering, Gally managed to say 'calm' about twenty - seven times.

"Hey, relax." I said, as soothingly as I could.

"Hey, what's wrong with you guys?" He yelled.

"Just calm down, alright." Newt arrived by my side.

"Why won't you tell me what's out there?"

"We're just trying to protect you." Alby said.

"You guys can't just keep me here!"

"We can't let you leave." I murmured softly.

"Why not?"

Suddenly, the Doors began to close. The Greenie stared, unmoving.

I watched, slightly depressed. After they'd shut, Gally walked up to the boy.

"Next time," He began, "I'm going to let you leave."
