Hello everyone! FiresongTheScorbunny here, and thank the Force she's finally back from her weird teenager-phase thingy LOL! Anywho - back on topic my little Dragonlings! I'm, the author of this silly little dream-inspired Pokémon FanFic of my own making, is happy to have finally wrote out the rest of chapter 8, and am pleased to present you all lovely readers/writers out there with a new chapter of Ash's Secret. Oh, my StarClan, I'm sorry that it's been so long since the last update, I've just been busy with other stories! Tee hee! Sorry that I've kinda forgot about this account, I honestly forgot about it lol. Anyways, with all that out of the way, I hope you enjoy reading this chapter. Now, without further ado, let's take flight.

A huge explosion of blue and red blasted through the air, smoke hiding the two fighting Pokémon from the watching humans and Pokémon.

When the smoke finally cleared, they saw Raboot struggling to stand, the teal-colored Mew just floated calmly in the air, watching the fire-type power up another attack.

"Raboot!" Pikachu called out to his stern and battle-loving friend. "Please, just stop fighting, it's no use trying to fight Ashly!"

"Yeah, Pika's right!" Piplup and Eevee chimed in from the sidelines. "She's a Mew and she can very easily Kim your butt! Is it really worth fighting her?"

Ashly sighed softly and twitched her tail, her blue eyes shining as she turned to her partner and long-time friend.

"It's fine, Pikachu," she mewed quietly, "if she wants to fight me then she can, it's her choice."

Pikachu frowned and stared worriedly at Raboot. Please be careful, he silently prayed, don't do anything that you might regret.

The humans and Pokémon all watched with nervous anticipation as Raboot powered up another Ember, while Ashly powered up a Thunderbolt. The two attacks collided and once again, just like the last two attacks, smoke covered the two fighting Pokémon from view.

Ashly used this to her advantage and her tail began to glow a silver color. The shiny Mew shot forward at a blinding speed and smacked the surprised fire bunny with an Iron Tail to the back of her scruff.

Raboot let out a cry of pain as she was sent flying backwards from the force of the attack. The fire-type rolled for a few seconds, panting and gasping from the momentum of the fall.

But there was no way she was going to be giving up, she needed to win this fight. Raboot knew it was a high possibility that she would lose, but she didn't care at the moment.

"Raboot," Ashly meowed from above her, the fire-type looked up to see the shiny Mew floating right above her head, her blue eyes staring into her red-brown ones. "You should forfeit this match before something bad happens."

Deep down, Raboot knew Ashly was right, but her stubborn side was stronger then her logical side at the moment. She shook her fluffy white head and stared up at the cat-like-Pokémon with a stubborn and determined stare.

"I'm not going to forfeit," she responded, her eyes gleaming and her paws clenched into fists. Ashly sighed and flattened her ears, then meowed angrily, "Alright fine, suit yourself! But don't say I didn't worn you."

"I have a bad feeling about this," Dawn muttered to the others, her eyes watching the scene playing out in front of her. "This is foolish, Raboot can't win this fight, no matter what attack she throws Ashly's way."

Koharu nodded in agreement as she looked down to where Snivy lay at her feet, watching the battle with interest, but unease and fear was clearly written in the Unova grass snake's expression.

Shadow Balls, Embers, Thunderbolts, Double Kicks, and Aura Spheres were shot out and with one last energy-powered Shadow Ball, Raboot was sent flying. She landed a bit roughly and rolled for a few seconds before finally stoping.

It was Koharu who regained the ability to speak first. "Oh, uh, um, Raboot is unable to battle, Ashly wins." She stammered out, still trying to process what in the world had just happened.

That statement was enough to snap the others out of there stupefied states. Pikachu and Ashly's other Pokémon all ran up to the still shocked Mew, who had transformed into a Pikachu.

"Wow, nice job Ashly!" Snivy congratulated her trainer, she and the other two Univa starters had been informed of Ashly's little secret, so it wasn't a shock to see Ashly turn into a Pikachu.

"Nice job, you used Thunderbolt and Iron Tail like an expert! I'm kinda jealous, you learned those moves faster than I did!" Pikachu's tone was playful as he stared at the female Pikachu with pride shimmering in his eyes.

Once Goh had returned his partner to her Pokeball, the group of humans and Pokémon began making there way back to the lab to have lunch and talk about the amazing battle they had just witnessed.

Once the group had entered the lab, they made there way to the kitchen while still chatting about everything that had happened in the span of only two hours.

"Well," Zoey began, "I think Raboot has learned her lesson, she just got her butt kicked by a mythical Pokémon."

Koharu laughed and grinned cheekily at Ashly, who had returned to her human form. "You hit Raboot so hard with that Shadow Ball that I thought she was going to hit a tree or something."

Ashly blushed and ducked her head, embarrassed at the praises she was receiving from her friends. "Well... she was the one who instigated me into battling her, and who was I to say no to her? She's so stubborn and I was determined to win so she would finally learn to listen to reason."
