Have you ever had something old, but it still looks new? It wasn't always like that, was it?
Of course not!

That's the same thing with us before we became Christians. We were just like that old item, stuck in an endless loop of sin. The sin we committed was like dirt, holding us back from knowing Jesus intimately.
But Jesus didn't leave us like that for long! He died and rose again to give us a new start, a clean slate!

However, just because we're Christians doesn't mean we are perfect. We still sin. We all mess up from time to time.
