━︎━︎━︎━︎𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐖𝐍 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 into chaos, people were trying to leave left and right and Ellaria knew that only a few would actually escape. She and Tauriel quickly made their way back in the home. "We have no time." Tauriel warned. "We must leave."

Ellaria made her way over to the two daughters, handing them their coats. "As fast you can. Get what you absolutely need."

Bain stepped up to her. "We're not leaving. Not without our father."

Ellaria adjusted the youngest daughters coat. "If you stay here, your sisters will die. Is that what your father would want?" She placed a hand on his shoulder. "I promised your father I would keep you safe, that promise is for you as well."

They all went downstairs, getting on a boat. Oin and Bofur began rowing and Ellaria shared a worried look with Tauriel. She looked up, ducking down slightly when the dragon flew right over them. The dragon flew past the town before circling around and releasing a long breath of fire. "Look out!" Bofur shouted before they collided with another boat that was much larger. It was the master who was fleeing, nothing but Alfrid and a few guards on his boat which was filled to the brim with gold.

The town continued to grow bright with flames, people were screaming and shouting. Bain turned his head, the bell tower in the distance and on top of it was their father. "Da!" His sisters turned, screaming out for their father. Bard shot another arrow at the beast as it flew by.

"He hit it!" Kili shouted. "He hit the dragon!"

"No." Tauriel whispered, eyes wide.

"He did! He hit his mark! I saw!" Kili exclaimed.

"His arrows cannot pierce its hide." Tauriel denied. "I fear nothing will."

That's when Bain stood, grabbing onto a hook as they passed underneath it. Ellaria's eyes widened. "Bain! No! What are you doing?!" But he had used the hook to circle around, landing on a dock and running for another boat. They all called out to him but he refused to listen.

"Leave him!" Tauriel said, grabbing Ellaria's arm when she stood. "We cannot go back."

Ellaria winced as his sisters cried out for him. Tauriel grabbed her attention, placing her hands on Ellaria's shoulder. "I need you to focus. Ellaria! Look at me!" Ellaria tore her gaze away from the direction Bain had gone. She met Tauriel's eyes and Tauriel nodded. "Get us out of here."

Ellaria swallowed before kneeling down, her hands gracing the lake as she began to speak in elvish. She said the words over and over until a current came and thrust their boat forwards and out into the open water. They made it to land, many of the towns people arriving as well and grabbing what they could, helping each other out, and the sisters called out for their father. Ellaria frowned, watching as people pulled their dead loved ones from the water. The screams and cries wouldn't stop and Ellaria wanted to scream just to silence her own mind.
