Heeseung POV:
"Hey, where's that Jake kid?" Jay asks. "He hasn't been here in a while." No one responds; we're all thinking about it now that Jay brought it up.
"I was talking to Bang sunbae about him earlier and he said that he hadn't heard anything from him in a few months." he (Jay) continues. "He thinks that Jake is probably just on vacation or something."
"Hey, I'm gonna head out now, I have do something." I say, putting a hoodie on.

Once I leave the room, I start climbing the stairs, losing myself in my thoughts.
"Heeseung-ssi," Bang sunbae says. "You have potential, just not enough. I'm going to have to hold you back." I sigh, nod, and leave;
"I told you Tae-ho," he says, neither of them noticing me by the door. "Heeseung just isn't good enough. Either we keep wasting our time and energy on him, which probably won't help, or we abandon him and work with the other, better trainees."
"Have you seen him?" Danielle says. "That's the hopeless trainee. Min sunbae says that he'll be cut soon enough."
Finally, I reach the top of the stairs. Roof access. Do I really want to do this? I ask myself. I don't know, but no one's going to miss me anyways. I take out the piece of paper and set it down. Then, as I lift the bottle to my lips, I hear someone's voice saying, "Heeseung sunbae! Don't-" And that's all I hear before everything goes black.
