(His name is Chris Dragonius, he is a student of Accord Academy, a "Hero" Training School made under the Accord Federation as they sought to have the strongest among its students to help them in their cause, and Chris is one of them, having the Black Dragon Emperor's Sacred Gear, and a peerage of his own. He also tends to pick on those he considers below him, using the death of his parents to justify his actions as the Accord Headmasters (who are the leaders of Accord Federation) back him up.)
(As the female individuals go to the alleyway, Chris smirks.)
Chris: Alright, no more playing hard to get. You will become my girlfriends from now on.
????: Are you sure about that?
(Chris turns to see a hooded male individual.)
Chris: Leave if you know what's the best for you.
(He doesn't respond, and simply pulls out his Break Gunner as he slams it on the palm of his hand before transforming.)

(He transforms into Mashin Chaser.)

(Mashin Chaser then shoots Chris, giving time for the girls to escape.)

(Mashin Chaser slashes Chris as he grunts in pain.)
Chris: How dare you?
(Mashin Chaser then remembers his time as Kamen Rider Proto Drive as he saved someone from a Roidmude attack before losing his life once.)
GUN!
(Mashin Chaser starts shooting Chris again, but he summons his sacred gear and shields himself as they clash their punches before Mashin Chaser overpowers and kicks Chris, making him stagger back as he shoots him again.)
BREAK!
(Mashin Chaser rushes at Chris and slashes him until he transforms into a Black Dragon Emperor.)

(Mashin Chaser grabs Chris in the neck.)

(Mashin Chaser throws Chris down, but he gets up and fires his Dragon Shots, only for Mashin Chaser to deflect them as he shoots him.)
Chris: How can you be stronger than me?
M. Chaser: Did I stutter?
(Chris fires another dragon shot, but Mashin Chaser grabs it like it's nothing, and launches it back at him.)
M. Chaser: You talk too much...
Chris: I hope you don't have a girlfriend, because if you do, I'll take her from you. You hear me?
(Mashin Chaser shoots Chris in response before approaching him as he punches him and grabs his neck again before pinning him to a wall.)
M. Chaser: You are nothing but a self-righteous prick.
(He shoots Chris down before kicking and punching him before breaking his legs and arms as he grabs him and drags him to a harbor.)
M. Chaser: You'll become shark food!
(Mashin Chaser throws Chris to the seas as the sharks eat him alive.)
M. Chaser: Good riddance.
(As he reverts back, he sees Kamen Rider Revice and their team.)
????: So this is Kamen Rider Revice and their team, eh? Very well, I'll help them to dispose of this Accord Federation scum. It's my duty after all.
(He goes to join Team Revice as the screen fades out.)
