Selene leaned against the railing of her ship, The Umbra, as it glided toward the designated meeting location for the Warlord Summit. The World Government had assigned her to oversee security, recognizing that her unbiased nature made her the ideal candidate to keep things from descending into chaos.

She didn't care much for political games or posturing—Warlords, pirates, and Marines all followed their own rules. But that was exactly why she was chosen: her indifference meant she wouldn't be swayed by personal grudges or ambitions.

The other admirals carried too much baggage when it came to the Warlords. Akainu despised them, considering them nothing more than glorified criminals. But Selene? She treated everyone the same—as pieces on the board to move or remove as she saw fit.

Arrival at the Warlord Summit

The meeting was held at a secure Marine fortress, isolated on an island that rarely appeared on maps. The fortress was reinforced with sea-prism stone walls to neutralize Devil Fruit abilities and lined with heavily armed Marines. But Selene knew better than to rely on walls and weapons.

Her sharp amber eyes scanned every corner, her senses heightened. If any of the Warlords decided to test the limits of her authority, she would be ready.

As she walked through the entrance, she found Lieutenant Ren waiting for her.

"All preparations are complete, Admiral," Ren reported with a small grin. "We've doubled security, just in case someone tries to cause trouble."

Selene gave her a calm nod. "Good. But trouble never comes through the front door—it slips through the cracks. Keep your eyes open."

The Meeting Begins: A Room Full of Tension

As Selene entered the main chamber, the atmosphere grew thick with tension. The Warlords were already seated around a large circular table, each exuding an air of power and danger.

Dracule Mihawk sat quietly, his golden eyes sharp and observant. He gave Selene a slight nod of acknowledgment—one predator recognizing another.Boa Hancock lounged gracefully in her chair, a hint of disdain flickering across her face as she glanced around at the others.Bartholomew Kuma sat silently, as stoic as a statue.Doflamingo leaned back, his twisted grin growing wider as Selene entered. "Ohoho... They sent the Moonblade to babysit us? How fitting."

Selene didn't respond to Doflamingo's taunt. Her calm, detached gaze gave away nothing—and that irritated him more than any snarky comeback ever could.

"Admiral Selene," Mihawk greeted her in a low, respectful voice. "It seems the World Government values subtlety after all."

Selene offered a faint smile. "I keep the peace, not play favorites." She turned toward the rest of the Warlords. "Let's hope none of you make my job difficult today."

The purpose of the meeting was to reaffirm the Warlords' allegiance to the World Government and discuss the growing threats posed by the Revolutionary Army and the Yonko. But Selene knew that gathering this many egos in one room was always a risk. Old rivalries simmered beneath the surface, and she could feel the tension ready to ignite at any moment.
