Zoids: Wild Domination

01 - The Silent Warrior, Joana Morgan -

Earth, where the Empire and Republic were continued to warring each other during the Earth Zoid War, a 15-year-old zoid warrior named Joana Morgan of the Blue Storm Kingdom and her zoid, the Cyclone Liger is running into the canyon. Cyclone Liger is the Lion-type zoid. Its weapons are Laser Fangs, Strike Laser Claws, Electric Laser Blades, 3-barreled shock cannon, 5-shot AZ Missile Pods, Laser Multifire Machinegun  and Cyclone Cannon. Its equipments were Energy Shield, Ion Boosters, Smoke Unit, Optic Camouflage and Specialized Radar. The color of the Cyclone Liger is sky blue.

Joana's Zoid is running fast, leaving a trail of dust behind. The sun is setting, casting long shadows over the canyon's walls. Then, something in one of the shadows moves, catching her eye...

"Liger, stop." Joana Morgan said. "Something is watching us."

Cyclone Liger stops, its senses on high alert. As they stand there, listening, a low growl comes from the shadows ahead. Then, there's a flash of movement. Something, bigger than a wolf pack, is moving in the shadows.

Be ready for anything," Joana says, gripping her controls tight. "It could be a rival Zoid, or-"
Suddenly, the creatures in the shadows attack. There are at least ten of them, each moving fast and low to the ground. They're some kind of robotic creature, but nothing Joana has ever seen before.

"Looks like wolf-type zoids. Is it Empire or Republic?" Joana said.

The creatures, now out in the open, have mechanical bodies but a feral, animalistic look in their eyes. They start closing in around Cyclone Liger, prowling like predators.
There's no obvious markings to show allegiance to the Empire or the Republic. These things seem to exist for one purpose – to hunt.

"Looks like wild zoids. But I wonder what type of wolf-type zoids are there." Joana said as she checks the database of the wolf-type zoids.

Joana quickly scrolls through the database, searching for any information on wolf-type Zoids. The creatures continue to encircle Cyclone Liger, their eyes locked on its every move.

As she scans page after page, one entry in particular catches her eye.

"No way..." Joana murmurs. "Are those...?"
The entry on the database shows a picture of a Zoid that looks exactly like the creatures surrounding them – a pack of wolf-type Zoids called Jackals.

"It's the pack of Dark Jakcals." Joana Morgan said. "They are armed with Laser Fangs, Strike Laser Claws, Laser Vulcan Gun and 5-shot Missile Pods. It also have Optic Camouflage as well. The color of the Dark Jackal is dark blue." 

As Joana looks up from the database, the creatures - the Dark Jackals - charge towards Cyclone Liger. They move so fast, they're almost a blur. Their eyes gleam with a predatory light, and their mouths are open, revealing vicious Laser Fangs. They seem to know their odds, surrounding Cyclone Liger from all sides, hoping to trap and overpower it with their numbers.

Joana's Cyclone Liger activated the Energy Shield.

The Dark Jackals slam into the Energy Shield with snarling aggression, but the shield holds, glowing faintly with the impact. However, they aren't deterred by the shield. Instead, they start pacing around Cyclone Liger, trying to find a weak spot, an opening.

Then, three Forest Wolves piloted by three officers from Blue Storm Kingdom came to the rescue. Forest Wolf is a wolf-type zoid. Its weapons consists of Laser Fangs, Strike Laser Claws, 5-shotMissile Pods, Specialized Gatling Beam and Flamethrower. Its equipments were Energy Shield, Ion Boosters, Smoke Unit, Optic Camouflage and Specialized Radars. The color of the Forest Wolf is lime green.They were piloted by Cprl. Rachel Holiday (16), 1st Lt. Patricia Stewart (18) and Capt. Ezekiel Brooks (18).
