Two days later, Joana and her Cyclone Liger along with Lieutenant Patricia Stewart, Captain Ezekiel Brooks and Corporal Rachel Holiday, who were piloting their respective Forest Wolves, encountered a group of Dark Raptors guarding one of the secret facilities of the masked emperor's forces.
As the soldiers and their zoids approached the facility, they noticed the group of Dark Raptors guarding the entrance. The dark zoids growled and hissed menacingly, clearly ready to defend their territory.
Lieutenant Patricia Stewart, Captain Ezekiel Brooks and Corporal Rachel Holiday cautiously circled the facility, their Forest Wolves ready for battle. They knew they were outnumbered and outgunned, but they were determined to complete their mission.
"We're gonna infiltrating one of the few facilities, this should give the advantage of the advance of the Crown Princess Vivanna," 2nd Lieutenant Joana Morgan said.
"Agreed," Captain Ezekiel Brooks said, his eyes scanning the area for any signs of movement. "But we need to be careful. Those Dark Raptors look dangerous."
Corporal Rachel Holiday nodded, her hands gripping the controls of her Forest Wolf tightly. "We have to be stealthy and quick. We can't afford to make any noise or draw attention to ourselves."
Lieutenant Patricia Stewart glanced around, noting the position of the Dark Raptors. "I think I have a plan. If we split up and attack from different directions, we can draw their attention away from the facility and create an opening for Joana to infiltrate."
The other soldiers nodded, agreeing to the plan. Joana, on the other hand, seemed nervous but determined. "I'll be ready to infiltrate as soon as you give me the signal," she said, her voice steady.
"Roger that," Lieutenant Stewart said, her voice firm. "Everyone, get ready. Once we attack, we need to move fast and take out those Dark Raptors quickly. Let's move out."
With that, the soldiers and their zoids split up and launched their attack, drawing the attention of the Dark Raptors away from the facility. The sound of gunfire and zoid engines filled the air as the two sides clashed.
Joana, seeing her opportunity, quickly moved towards the facility, her Cyclone Liger darting through the chaos. She knew she had to act quickly before the Dark Raptors realized her absence.
Inside the facility, Joana's mind raced as she searched for any signs of information. The facility was well-guarded, and it was clear that the masked emperor's forces had invested a lot of effort into securing its sensitive data.
Meanwhile, at the Imperial palace, one of the officers reported to the masked emperor.
"I see. But those infiltrators didn't know that the facilities that the've infiltrated is our outposts not the legit secret facilities. The Heltyranno is waiting for them to be ambushed, even though Heltyranno is only a temporary powerful zoid, I still only worked on another powerful zoid to be developed which is as powerful as the Heltyranno. I'm currently focused on that." Masked Emperor said.
The officer nodded, clearly understanding the situation. "I see, my lord. The infiltrators will fall right into our trap. They will not stand a chance against the Heltyranno."
The masked emperor's eyes narrowed, his voice cold and calculating. "Good. They think they are being clever, but they will soon realize they are nothing more than pawns in our plans. And as for this new zoid you are working on, I have faith in your abilities to create something superior to the Heltyranno."
"I assure you, my lord, it will be unlike any zoid we have ever seen," the officer said, his voice filled with confidence. "It will be the most powerful zoid in our arsenal, and it will help us secure our victory once and for all."
