A tall man dressed in black was bowing deeply, an expression of seriousness on his face.

"I regret to report that I have not been able to locate Royal Knight Amaria–"

"Fugitive!" A booming voice interrupted him, making the man straighten up instantly."

"Don't use such a dignified title for a fugitive like her," the man sneered.

Prince Baelum stepped out of the shadows, his presence instantly commanding respect. His expression was stern as he looked at the knight.

"She no longer deserve to be called a Royal Knight," he stated, his voice cool and authoritative.

The man in black bowed his head once more, a contrite expression on his face. "Apologies, your highness," he said, humble and respectful.

Baelum waved a hand dismissively, his expression serious. "Continue the hunt," he commanded, his tone leaving no room for disobedience. "She isn't the type to just hide away," he mused. "She will try something, I'm sure of it."

His gaze sharpened, eyes glinting with a cold and calculating edge.

The man in black bowed once more before melting back into the shadows, disappearing like a wraith. The only trace of him left a slight disturbance in the air.

Baelum remained, leaning against the wall of his private room. In one hand, he held a fine glass of wine, its deep red liquid swishing gently.

His expression was thoughtful, his brow slightly furrowed. Though his stance was relaxed, his eyes betrayed a sharp intensity, his mind still mulling over the situation.

Baelum swirled the wine in his glass, his hand tracing the rim of the cup idly. He took a small sip, the taste strong and rich on his tongue.

He muttered under his breath, his voice low and intense. "You'll soon be with my beloved sister, Amaria," he said, his tone almost threatening.
