The first time they lose each other is when they are assigned to separate teams for a year.
The second time they meet is when they are moved to Charlie team.
The second time they lose each other is when they are forced apart on a mission and Cackles is moved teams again.
The third time they meet is on a mission where their teams need to work together.
The third time they lose each other is when Cackles saves Angel from certain death.
The fourth time they meet is in the changing rooms of the 118 firehouse. Buck has been there a year already, it's AJ's first day.
Will fate repeat its self and will they loose each other again or will they beat it together?
