"Mother, could you please keep an eye on Little Sixth? He just won't walk properly!"

Suddenly, the voice of the Fourth Prince came from outside the door.

The two turned their heads to look out the window and saw the Sixth Prince, who had just learned to walk not long ago, tightly hugging his older brother's leg, laughing sweetly.

Not far away, the Fourth Princess was also babbling as she held the nurse's hand, heading toward her brothers.

Now it was a mess, with the older ones leading the younger ones astray, each hugging the Fourth Prince's legs.

Niangao was wagging his tail, circling around the three little masters, looking like he wanted to find a good spot to pounce on them.

Ye Yun and Ning Chen exchanged a glance, both sharing a helpless smile.

They had no choice but to put down their pens and go rescue the Fourth Prince.

Each picked up one of the little ones.

Ye Yun held the Sixth Prince, while Ning Chen carried the Fourth Princess, and the two little ones were babbling away, not quite clear in their speech.

They were currently learning to talk, but their enunciation wasn't very clear yet.

"Son wishes to greet Father and Mother," the Fourth Prince said formally, bowing respectfully.

He had grown into quite the little adult.

Ye Yun was relatively tall, and Ning Chen was even taller, so the Fourth Prince now stood out among the other princes.

He was now taller than the Third Prince, and it looked like he would surpass him soon.

To help with this, Yi Zhaorong had given the Third Prince many tonics, and she had heard that he had bled from his nose a few times after taking them.

"Brother!" The Sixth Prince shouted loudly from Ye Yun's arms, though it was a bit unclear.

The Fourth Prince's expression showed a hint of disdain, but he still prepared to respond.

However, at that moment, Niangao suddenly chimed in first, barking a couple of times, his tail wagging excitedly.

Everyone was taken aback...

Ye Yun laughed, "Ah, is Little Sixth calling for his brother or for Niangao?"

This playful remark instantly turned the Fourth Prince's face green.

"Mother, how can you be like Little Sixth?!"

"Because Little Sixth looks like me," Ye Yun said teasingly.

The Fourth Prince was momentarily stunned, seemingly at a loss for a rebuttal. After a while, he managed to say, "A real man should not bicker with women and children."

With a little gesture, he pretended to act like an adult, which was truly amusing.

This made Ye Yun burst into laughter.

Seeing his mother laugh, the Sixth Prince joined in, and the two of them were delighted.

Only the Fourth Prince was left watching his silly mother and foolish little brother, his face full of exasperation.

Ning Chen, holding his daughter, watched as she teased their son, and couldn't help but smile, feeling both helpless and entertained.

The family entered the room, placing the two little ones on the couch to play.

The two maids, Lu Mei and Lu He, were skilled and had made many fabric dolls, which they piled on the bed, much to the children's delight.

The Fourth Prince immediately spotted the materials on the table.
