"Well, umm..." Hiroko stuttered as her seniors closed her in a corner.
"Shut up." A girl demanded. Hiroko closed her mouth tightly. She clenched her first, her nails digging into her palms.
"Stop being stubborn. Just make us the gear we want." A boy said. Hiroko glared at him.
"Don't you have people in your grade for that?" She raised an eyebrow. Another senior slapped her. Hiroko bit her lip. For a week now, these three seniors have been bothering Hiroko about "special gear."
"Don't talk back to us! We're your seniors. You must give us your respect." The girl said.
"Respect is earned." Hiroko accidentally said out loud.
"What the hell did you just say?" The boy said. Hiroko said a quirk prayer in her head before a bunch of different fighting techniques clouded her thoughts.
"Stop right there." A voice sounded out. We all turned to see a teacher walking over. He was tall and had long black hair. He was very familiar but Hiroko couldn't remember from where.
"UA does not tolerate bullying." The teacher said.
"We weren't bullying her." A senior said.
"Yeah, we were just having a friendly chat. Right, Ito?" The girl threw her arm around her. The pink haired girl clenched her teeth together. Hiroko just wanted to go back to the dorms already.
"That's bullshit. I saw the whole thing. They were about to beat her up." Bakugo said. Hiroko's eyes widened. He was... defending her?
"You three, follow me." The teacher said. The seniors glared at Hiroko and walked away.
"Thank you!" She bowed to Bakugo.
"No need to thank me, idiot. Friends help friends." He said. Hiroko smiled brightly.
"Thanks!"
