Princess laid weakly on the floor, suffering through pain and agony. Hyperlaser's cat has been extremely sick for the last few weeks, showing no signs of healing. "Princess..." Hyperlaser took his mask off and wiped a tear.
"I think it's time..."
He took her to the vet. "May I help you?" the demon at the front desk asked. Hyperlaser handed over his cat Princess. "Oh...I'm so sorry." the demon filled out a paper.
Hyperlaser sat in a chair, hugging his cat as tight as he could. He breathed in her scent for the last time. He pet her for the last time. "I...I love you, P-Princess..." he sobbed quietly. The cat meowed softly, burying its face in Hyperlaser's chest.
He gave it a kiss, as a veterinarian called his name. He got up, and walked with them to a room. "...goodbye, Princess." he pet it.
Princess's eyes then slowly closed.

It has been a few weeks since...the thing. Hyperlaser laid in bed, pictures of him and his cat scrambled all over the bed. He missed the cat too much. He dug his face in a pillow and screamed, letting out more tears.
He looked at the cat bowl, the cat toys, and the cat food in the corner of the kitchen. He still hadn't gotten rid of those...it just brought terrible memories. There was a knock on the door, as he got up to open it.
"Hyperlaser? Are you..." Katana asked.
Hyperlaser didn't say anything, and just shrugged.
Katana didn't know what to do, he's never seen his boyfriend so down before. "...want a hug?" he asked. Hyperlaser nodded slightly, then embraced with Katana tightly. He sobbed and sobbed, the tears coming nonstop. It was something he was holding in for so long, he just needed a hug.
A hug. He felt loved. "Hey Katana...?" his voice was shaky.
"Yes, dear?" Katana asked.
"...thanks."
