Teri (after a long pause):
"If we don't take this path, what happens to the multiverse?"
Astris' expression darkens.
Astris (gravely):
"The Abyss will begin its slow, unstoppable crawl across all existence. The void was but the first step. It will tear apart dimensions, time, space, until there is nothing left but darkness."
Kei steps forward, her voice steady but filled with a sense of finality.
Kei:
"We've fought too hard to let that happen. If this is what it takes to protect everything we've saved, then I'm in."
Teri watches her, his heart heavy, but he knows he can't back down either. He grips his sword, feeling the weight of the multiverse on his shoulders.
Teri (determined):
"We've been through worse. If we have to become eternal warriors, then so be it. We won't let the Abyss win."
Astris nods solemnly, raising her hand as golden light swirls around Kei and Teri. The air around them crackles with cosmic energy, and they can feel their very beings being altered, transformed by the power of the Elder Pantheon.
Astris (softly):
"Then prepare yourselves. Once you cross this threshold, there is no going back."
