Firstly I'm sorry for my words.... You may took it in a wrong way , but I need to clear out some sort of things going around my mind.... It's just what I felt.....
Soo right now it's the second test between India vs newzealand.... And india is down for, 156 .... In the first match between this two was not a great innings for India.... In the first session india was all out for 46 runs... Where all 5 of our players got out for duck including virat kohli , sarfaraz khan, kl Rahul ,R Ashwin and R Jadeja.
.But in the second innings we did a good play but that was not enough as NZ scored 402 runs in their first innings , so all together it was just 107 runs chase for NZ. They did that very easily.... In the second innings Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, rishabh and sarfaraz played a really good innings even sarfaraz scored 150 or something runs... and for rishabh he missed a deserving century... At a point india was 408/3 but unfortunately our team got all out for 462 runs. After the dismissal of rishabh and sarfaraz I really wished for good innings from Rahul but we got out in 12 runs only..... India lost the match and NZ secured their win over the first match in India after 36 years...
In the second match their are some changes like...
Siraj , kuldeep and Rahul was dropped and in place Washington Sundar , akashdeep and sarfaraz got the chance , and believed me they really deserve the chance.
But my question is we all know right now most of the players are out of form and is struggling against spine. So why so much hate for Rahul..... I know every player got criticised for the lost the like captain , coach etc.... but for Rahul it was limitless , people were soo shameless to criticizing for world cup lost. Like it was only him how underperform. I got it you hate him for the slow innings he played in final but as much as i could remember it's was only two players who scored a half- century including Rahul. Still he got the immense hate..
In the match between Australia and Afghanistan where Maxwell score double century pat Cummings played a very crucial rool. But for us there was nobody who stood beside Rahul for the partnership.
240 runs in final is not at all a easy target. Like in the last odi series between srilanka vs India we saw that... That day it was every player who underperform excluding some.
In last match test match it was Rahul who got all the blameings but for today's situation whom you goona blame now..... I mean for them Rahul is bad luck right....
Second thing playing domestic cricket doesn't make you any low so when BCCI asked some of the senior players for domestic they denied and people support that which I got is right. But now a days we are struggling against spine and pace both and all this could be tackled by playing domestic or intense practice.... If you noticed player like stark, Cummings , manrus played domestic for the practice..... Told you cause we usually compare Australia with india that how they perform in pressure or in knockout matches....
All total I am nobody to judge but that's what i felt from Last few months... Cricket is a team game
You may comment down what you felt and correct me if I'm wrong. Lastly I don't hate anyone but can point out where we get wrong
