After taking a good look at Yu Mikami, Rangiku Matsumoto chuckled inwardly again!
"I am Hitsugaya Toushirou, Captain of the 10th Division of the Gotei 13! You wish to join the Gotei 13? Don't you know we're no longer recruiting externally?"
Raising an eyebrow, Hitsugaya quickly retorted back at Yu Mikami!
"Is that so?"
Yu Mikami was taken aback upon hearing that direct recruitment was no longer possible. It seemed he would have to enter the Shin'o Academy and graduate to join the Gotei 13!
"Then I want to enter the Shin'o Academy!"
Yu Mikami quickly responded!
"Sorry! The enrollment period for Shin'o Academy has already ended this year. You should leave now, or I'll arrest you for disturbing Seireitei!"
Although Hitsugaya's words sounded apologetic, his tone was filled with cold amusement!
"Hehe! The Captain really is a young man, throwing a young man's tantrum..."
Hearing Hitsugaya's response, Rangiku Matsumoto inwardly laughed!
"Hello, little brother! I'm Rangiku Matsumoto, Lieutenant of the 10th Division. What the Captain said is true; the enrollment period for Shin'o Academy just ended. You should come back next year, little brother!"

"How is this possible?"
Hitsugaya stared in shock at Yu Mikami, who had blocked his attack. His expression quickly turned serious, recognizing Yu Mikami's strength in just one exchange, prompting him to be more cautious!
"Lightning Slash!"
However, Yu Mikami gave Hitsugaya no time to ponder further, as he unleashed Lightning Slash. The dark red lightning-covered Thunder Slash struck down towards Hitsugaya!

Caught off guard, Hitsugaya was blasted away by Yu Mikami's attack, with strands of dark red lightning still lingering and swirling around Hitsugaya's Zanpakutō!
